I dated a guy for 6 months after we had met by means of a casual hookup. We ended up really liking each other and started becoming friends and eventually boyfriend and girlfriend. He's older than me and kept back the fact that he was divorced and had kids. I eventually found out and also found out that he had been seeing other people. I also moved away from the city where we had both lived, but somehow we ended up staying in contact. After having lunch with him the last time I was there we both realized we have chemistry and an amazing bond. He was monogamous with his first wife (I met her, asked her point blank) and I feel he has worked hard to reprove himself. Do I try to work things out with him? What do I need from him?

I'm very understanding of this but should I stand my ground and eventhough we're apart should I be the greatest friend in hopes he'll see how devoted I am to him? Okay, so let's put aside all the rational thought that society has put into our heads. The ideal life for a guy is probably to have sex all the time, and when they are tired of it, they like fun and competition that stimluates them... such as maybe sports? games? iono. That was confusing.But anyways,I've liked this guy for close to 3 years,and I've never been able to get over him no matter how many times I've tried.And I held on to him for well over two years without us speaking a single word to each other.Well finally,he talked to me,and he was flirting with me,which is odd since we never talked before.Well I think I was trying to move on when he started talking to me,which I think is odd cuz of all the times he couldve talked to me and he chooses the time I'm most able to fall into his trap again.Well my question is,does anyone else think that God has something in plan for us?I really believe that,but I want some outsiders opinions.

My boyfriend and I started dating earlier this year as we soon made our move to the EastCoast here in the US. However, he did warn me that after his contract project was over chances were he was gonna go somewhere else. Nonetheless, sparks flew, things happened and we got close. We both love each other very much and just about a month ago he moved away. He's very ambitious and wants to succeed in his profession as much as he can to maybe someday open up his own business. I, on the other hand, an still a college student and there's not a lot I can offer for the relationship except being strong and accept what must happen in order to achieve our goals. Unfortunately, we ended breaking up but lately I feel like he's been pushing me away purposely to toughen me up and not miss him as much. A few times he's mentioned that what we had was something and that it will always be there. He says he loves me but at the time he needs a friend..

Please help. He is my boyfriend for the past 2 years. We make a great pair but the problem is that I am always calling him and always acting desperate. And, he has started taking advantage of me. If I call, he hangs up and if I start crying he gets angry and yells at me. Two days back we had one of our petty fights. He switched off his phone for the whole night. I was so upset. But from yesterday I avoided his calls and never answered. Now he stopped calling me. I am worried. Do I wait for him to call or do I just call him back. You see, he is 39 yrs old. He always controls me and bosses over me. If I do not call him, will he call me back? I love him a lot and he knows that I do. But, for the few times we are going around, I am managing to control myself and not call him. But every minute, I feel so hurt and want to just dial his number and make up. I've been with my boyfriend for 1 yr and we had a long conversation about our relationship last thursday. He told me he couldn't move in with me right now because I had talked to his ex behind his back and now he can't fully trust me anymore, he told me he felt caged by me, that he likes to be by himself sometimes, that I go nuts if I don't see him for 1 day, but the truth is that we only see each other 2-3 days out of the week and sometimes he doesn't call me all day or when he says he's going to so I feel neglected and I just want to see him whenever I can. since our conversation on thur. he told me that he loved me and he invited me and my brother over to his house on fri. called me on sat. to let me know we couldn't go to the movies like we were suppose to and said he would call me later on or on sun. but ever since sat. he hasn't called and I don't know why and I feel so hurt because he tells me "I love u" all the time and now I'm thinking maybe he's not that into me anymore

I started dating this guy last summer and we dated exclusively for about 4 months until it started trickling into dating casually and then not at all. I see him all the time because I work with him. Yeah I know. Never date a co worker. But it's too late for that. Anyway this year I felt he and I were starting to gain back something we had before. I like this one guy, and I know 2 people that are good friends with me and him. Both of them say "Just don't worry about it anymore" or "It's not worth your time." Although we have not broken up, but we both agree to give each other some time and space to discover what we really want in life, although it had settled my mind, but it still hasn't settled my heart, as each second goes by without her, another piece of my heart breaks off and replaced with the cold insanity of loneliness.


I've been missing her since the first day of this time and space and it is killing me every second, killing my heart away.

well i asked her out and she said i'll think about it and then after a week her friends told me she said no. suicide.He expressed his love and told me he didnt want to lose me. I find out the reason he was feeling this way was bc he got a onenight stand pregnant months bfr we met. I helped him come to terms he decided to want to meet his child & I told him he should be apart of the childs life.Well, he decided to remain friends w/ me until he figured how to deal with it all, but to hold on to "us". But I found out he was developing feelings for the mom and he got caught out. We had a huge blow out and exchanged very hurtful words and was cold and hurtful..we never did before.Then we spoke again and he said it was all uncalled for. Yet, I feel he wasn't sincere about it.
