How do i show this guy i've known for a couple of months that i'm interested in him? I work with him so i want to show him that i'm interested but not make it akward if he doesnt like me the same way i like him.

He flirts with me all the time, but i cant tell if he likes me or if he's just a big flirt. He pretend talks about us getting married and going on dates and stuff but he has never asked me to hang out outside of work. What can i do to make him see that i want to hang out or go on a date?

i have a bf,mike,& im going2 start from the begingin.he had this "bff"& he used2 go out wit her but they decided2 stay "friends" even tho they still were flirting.then he met me& when he did he was still close friends wit her& kinda close too.then after months he asked me out.& i told him that if he cheated on me that i would break up wit him& he cheated on first gf wit her BEST FRIEND& i cant go threw that.well that girl that was gf&his "bff" invited him2 her party.her party was the kinda party when u turn 16&ur a mexican girl.i dnt kno how2 spell it but he was in it so he had2 get paired up wit sum girl.&he kne bout the party awhile ago& promised me he wasnt goin&then told me a couple2 ago that he was goin& would feel bad if he didnt cuz there such close friends.i told him to choose me or her.im scared bcuz he doesnt think of her as a slut he thinks of her as a friend& she might try to kiss him& he wnt kno wat2 do cuz they were friends& he will kiss her.is it wrong2 not want him2 go?

my girl hasn't been calling me in weeks.
she used to call me everday. (we are in a long distance relationship two hours away)
so i call her but she wouldn't asker the phone or return my calls.
i told her if she will not call me by the end of this week its over.
i really don't want it to be but i think it will be...
so now it just hurts so bad that i really don't know what to do i cried this whole week. i really love her... i can't be without her....

I go to community college and all these younger women holler at me and it makes me feel a little guilty, but whenever I try talking to a woman my own age she gets all stuck up just because I don't have a house and a car so I can drive her around move her and her kids all in. I didn't knock her up, and I've taken good enough care of myself that I don't look as old as I am. I don't lie about my age... I date these women, and we go on agreeing about how wrong it is...and then the fact that its wrong is a mutual turn on...we make out, and nothing happens after that. How do I meet a 30 something woman that isn't in that "Thank God I didn't get knocked up by some deadbeat like my girlfriends" mode who can actually enjoy a cheap date without sizing me up and being all serious. im inlove with this guy and he says he loves me back, but doesnt act like it. he gets money off of me so he can buy weed for himself, and he begs me to get my mom to buy him cigarettes. and today, he broke up with me bcuz he was talking to 4 different girls (ive heard 3 of them like him) and i wrote him a note asking him why does he like one of them and he got pissed. shouldnt i be the one pissed or should it be him ?? then he tells me he'll think about asking me back out sunday or next friday. i think there is something going on.... does anyone think there is ?? and not to mention, tommorow my ex best friend said her and her boyfriend and my other ex best friend and my ex boyfriend are going to her house. he said hes not going to go, but i dont know. i have no one left to trust or to talk to. everyone has left me. even my family except for my granny, who raised me literally since the day i came home from the hospital. please help me. i dont know what to do.

I thought I loved him but people are telling me different. People say because I only talked to him online and only met him once that it isn't love.
