How do i show this guy i've known for a couple of months that i'm interested in him? I work with him so i want to show him that i'm interested but not make it akward if he doesnt like me the same way i like him.
He flirts with me all the time, but i cant tell if he likes me or if he's just a big flirt. He pretend talks about us getting married and going on dates and stuff but he has never asked me to hang out outside of work. What can i do to make him see that i want to hang out or go on a date?

i really don't understand this guy used to flirt with u only n no other intention to spend u a drink,is he shy or timid?if he's passive then u've to be active.u just smile n approach him,spend him a drink in a cafe 4 chatting.it's okay if he accepts u,if not,u r better looking 4 someone n leave this guy alone.as i always said mutual understanding,common interest n respect each other r the main keys of success in love.
