I think u keep her waiting too long. It takes her a lot of courage to ask u out but u rejected her. She must be very hurt coz in her mind, u must be thinking she is a "cheap" girl. Wat u can do now is be persistent. Try to make her happy n show ur concern to her. Be sincere. She nids assurance from you dat she is valueble to you. U nid to let her realise dat u ask her out not because u are being nice to her but because u really interested in her..

ASK her. maybe she just playin hard to get or got tired of waiting. She may be mad cause she likes you and you were a tad slow. If she likes you, she'll accept.
