Do women prefer older men than younger men? why?

I've noticed since I've gotten older I want to date older men. Maybe between 5-10 years older. Ten years may be pushing it a little. I want an older guy because they are more mature and they aren't playing these mind games. Younger guys still want to see how many women they can have at once and aren't mature enough to handle a relationship. A woman wants a man that has his stuff together and can treat a lady right.

Most women prefer older men cuz it takes them a while longer to mature! lol ha ha Just kidding. But as seen by most marriages, they like older men, it may have to do with feeling protected by someone who's experienced/older (as in maturity)? I remember being out of highschool, back when wheel of fortune would do those quick trivia questions. The question was, at what age are men the sexiest? And I thought 30 cuz that was about 10 years older than me. And I was right. Now that I'm a few years passed that age, I would've gotten it wrong cuz I would've said about 40 or more! There's something about how men look more manly and intellectually mature, more grown up as they age which is very attractive/appealing. Like a man who is bigger, smarter, wiser, older....
My hubby (whom I faithfully only have eyes for) is almost 40...and 3 out of 4 isn't bad?! :)**** He's a walking webster, he's definitely bigger & about 4 years older.... :)****

Some women do ... Its a matter of their life experiences that bring that attraction. Most want older men for the sense of security and the safe feeling that they give. Younger men have that to but its develped over time. Life experience, most time if a woman has had a harder life or childhood they will be drawn to the more mature man what ever their age.

I personally perfer to date older men. Guys my age or younger are so immature. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy going out and having a drink from time to time, but there is more important things in life than that. Older men usually have the same ideals and goals that I have. Hopefully that helps you out.

It used to be that it didn't matter much to me, but now, I definitely prefer them to be at least a few years older than I am. I prefer that a man knows what to do, and young men generally don't.

I always hear younger girls complain that guys their age tend to be immature. Also probaly because older Men tend to be more financially secure than younger guys.
