Just to clarify, I am not talking about me I am talking about an ex who calls me with all his "friend" does to him. I just think that this is pathetic and wanted to know what guys really would feel about it.

No I wouldn't be with someone you describe.
For most people to change is very hard to do. Ask any person who goes to an AA meeting. (Alcoholics Anonymous) And that's only one of the things she would have to change.
The age part has no bearing on love. But think of it this way if there is and age difference of 20 years when you're 40 she would be 60! and when you're 50 she's 70!
Can't hold a job.
Steal money from you.
And more that you mentioned!
Think about this one thing at a time. What do you come up with? A future of unhappiness.
Another question is "do you love her" from you question I gather you're not.
Does she love you? Just look at your question and you will find the answer to you're question. Stealing. Lieing and more.

I've dated girls because I was lonely, but they weren't losers like the woman you're describing......no matter how lonely I was, I wouldn't put up with all of that. What would be the point? Just some mediocre sex? I might hope that she'd change, but I wouldn't be hoping for very long. Honestly, I didn't even have to read past 'was a drunk' to know I wouldn't be interested.

sorry but no i would rather be alone than put up with all that. sorry You would only date someone like that if your desparate ugly or have very low standards. Sorry I mean you must have friends and family that you can be with. So no need for a woman like that
