for dinner, lunch, nor snacks, nor tips...... nor for movie tickets, etc. Should it bother me? She has a very good paying job and doesn't have financial problems.
I am always the one that suggests we go places, she never suggests we go anywhere, but she always is willing to go.

This guy that I've been dating for about a month now has got me boggled.. He's 29, I'm 26. Things are great and yes we've been intimate. He then invites me to an exclusive Xmas eve family dinner.. I decide to go and Xmas eve I show up w/ his gift (nice sweater) and he puts it aside.. Finally, I ask.."Aren't you going to see what it is?", so he does, and he likes it.. he then proceeds to tell me that he left my gift at home so I'll have to wait. Crappy answer. I'm frustrated but I don't say anything.. then he goes on to say that he had 2 things in mind but that he might go back to exchange the gift he got me for another. But he brought all of his gifts for the fam. I meet his entire fam and they are great and they feel the same way about me. His sis even pointed out that I'm the 1st grl he's ever brght and he must really like me. Since Xmas, I haven't heard from him. 0. It's been 2 days. What's his deal? Why hasn't he even contacted me to say hi?? We usually at least txt 1x/day.

My boyfriends ex was the reason why we were on the edge on not getting togather, she was a total bit** to him by cheating and never talking to him...but now she wont stop sending messages here and there, it makes me mad, i just want to yell at her. Before he said that he wouldn't mind saying how are you to her, but to me that's so stupid, but now he says that he takes it back. I have no problem with him, I just want his ex to leave us alone, we're happy and I don't want her there to try and ruin it.

So I and my new boyfriend just hooked up on Christmas. We've been talking before that though. You know talking as in we like eachother alot and we might go out? Turns out we did. Thing is, I liked him since 8th grade. Then he moved and I never seen him again. Now I found him and we like eachother and all that good stuff. We were talking on MySpace for so long before we actually exchanged numbers. We talked about so much stuff, asked soo many questions. Now when we get on the phone we are speechless. We'll talk about something for like 5 mins then it's dead silence. I feel bad, I don't want himn to like break up wit me because we can't even have a decent conversation. You know what I mean? theres a girl i really like and im not sure if she likes me, i dont really think that. See yesterday i hung out with her and we talked outside her house the whole time. So it was getting to the end of the convo and i asked her about a dream she mentioned i was in. She refused to tell me throughout the whole conversation and as i was leaving i told her i would ask when i called her later on. So as i said that she said to come back adn she would tell me. So i go back, and she says its a secret so (due to height differences) i bend over to hear it and as my head is near her face, she kisses me on the cheek. Then as im leaving she said that in her dream it wasnt on the lips. I dont know what this means, does she wanna just be friends? or does she want something more? I need serious advice/help 'cause i really like this girl!

Ok well I have been dating this guy for a year. Lately he has been really serious about our relationship. He really wants us to last and be together forever. I don't love him as much since his attitude has changed. He has been really obsesiving with taking me to fancy places and getting my nice things. I like it better when we have fastfood and have a good hollywood video movie. He is always upset when I hang out with my guy friends and asks me if I am cheating on him. i think im in love with this guy,i think non stop about him,we meet occasionally and end up fooling around although only had s*x once, i know i feel more for him than he does for me (i think he just wants s*x), so everytime after i see him i feel miserable, but when i dont see him i feel just as bad.

I go to school with this guy and I totally fell in love with him. He liked me and even told me on many occasions he loved me, but the problem is he had a g/f of 2.5 yrs. He strongly believes in commitment and dreaded breaking her heart, but he wanted to end it with her to be with me. I told him not to cause I felt like the 3rd wheel, so we continued being friends (and in spite of all we were great friends). He still liked me and we occasionally went out. Suddenly I stopped taking his calls and he is very hurt. I just need him to understand I can't do it anymore and it hurts me. Did I do it the right way? Advice please...

I'm tired of being lonely, seeing my friends having fun with their boyfriends, while I'm alone at home during the weekends. I've had crushes, but it always seems like I'm choosing the wrong guy. One of the problems I have had is that I'm a year younger than the rest of the kids: being 14 in sophomore year isn't fun, and definetely is not something that guys seem to like. I hate being alone, and I hate being different, because it seems like nobody likes my kind of different. I'm not unpopular, I don't think I'm ugly, I have lots of friends, and I don't think I'm mean; so why can't I get a boyfriend. I'm trying not to be desperate or anything, and nobody else knows that I feel this way. How come I have never had a boyfriend?
