The Diabolical Cheater/ Double Life Diaries explore the world of cheating in 2006, the hookups, values, and the reasons behind why people cheat. Education and true perspective on cheating is the only way to illustrate it's real effects. Our goal is to expose the signs, actions, notions, methods, and results of cheating. We want to know the feelings of males and females that have never cheated, or have been cheated on and/or feel passionately discontent about the indiscretions of cheaters.
We know you have an opinion about cheating. It's about time your voice is heard. Was is his secretary or was it her "personal" trainer? Would you like to tell people who cheat exactly how you feel? Has it affected your trust in men or women? Maybe it only affected your trust in the person who cheated on you? Did you have a revenge affair? Did you turn to same sex relationships because of past cheating mates?

my opinion on cheater is that they have no diginty or respect to the person they are with. they go with the flow and do whatever they want. with or with out realizing the pain they are causing to someone else. they only think of themselves. dispictable people

Despise is such a weak word! More like loathing. Despise just scratches the surface. I haven't cheated, but been cheated on. If you want to know the real effects, I can tell you there. The signs I knew my ex was cheating: coming home later than usual, starting to dress nicer than usual when either out or had been out and coming back home (I was working weekends way back when and I'd come home and he was in a nice, button-down shirt and slacks. He was usually a jeans/t-shirt kinda guy.), the hang-up phone calls (before star 69!), the obvious lying kind of look that he came to use so well, and just my own sixth sense (or Holy Spirit, depending on how you see it. I am a Christian and spiritual person, I see it as the Holy Spirit trying to warn me.) going on at that time.
Yes, I heard the "It's just you, you're imagining things." I wasn't,it was the ex-girlfriend that he was hung up on.
On regards to feelings, usually it's not just the spouse/partner that the cheater hurts. Eventually, he also hurts himself/herself. And when there's children involved, they're hurting them too. No, I didn't get involved in a "revenge affair" or have same sex relationships, but I am a great deal more cautious because of it. I'm still optimistic that I can still have a good quality relationship with a guy but it's gonna take quite a feat, thanks to the ex, and it sets a bad example for the kids. (What they may regard as "okay" in their mind because they're too young to comprehend or understand the whole situation.)

My boyfriend and I have been with one another for 3 years and have known each other for 10 years this January. We also have a child together. He cheated on me with my ex-bestfriend. For how long, I'm not sure. While he left me and our child to fend for ourselves. It did affect the way I look at him and I trust him as far as I can throw him (since I cant pick him up, you can just imagine how far that is). I take everything he says with a grain of salt and ignore his "I'm sorry's" and the excuses he tells me of why he did it or thats why he is the way he is. For the sake of our son, I'm still in the same household as him, which probably won't last long. I've never really had that much trust for people, with the exception of my son. (No offence to anyone)

The truth is I have cheated and have been cheated on as well. I have a really hard trusting people because of the fact that I have been cheated on. And I know that I have cheated too but it was basically sort of like a retalitation of what happened to me even though it doesnt make it right. I think once somebody gets cheated on it messes with their mind and has them wondering what is wrong with them...if they stop and look at the whole situation a lot more than not are getting cheated on.

My opinion on people who cheat on the their partner is simple. They deserve to be treated like criminals.
Cheating on your partner can cause the same pain as physically hitting them. If you were to punch your gf/bf in the face during a fight the police would arrest you. The same should be done to those who cheat.
Maybe I'm just bitter because I just got out of a relationship where my GF cheated on me.

I don't hate yahoo answer but it's not that popular that ashley tisdale, zack efron, ciara, or the band All American Reject would go on this site. I mean you or you people are reporters (WOW!!) i think and i don't think it would be possible. or could it???? Hey and also what channel will you people or you be on??? ( : ( : ( :

Yes, if you cheat, you shouldn't be in a relationship in the first place. However, I believe humans by nature are polygamous, still efforts can be made not to be.

I've never cheated or never been cheated on. I don't hate the people who cheat just that they do cheat.
