I would warn them of the consequenses and tell them to be extremely careful. Also, if they were underage I would try to ask them if they're sure with their decision to do it. (Yes it's their body but I would try to make sure they weren't forced or tricked)

Make sure you use protection; make sure it is at least with someone you love (or at least think you're in love with).
I hope he respects you and treats you right. Most of all be careful, don't get your heart broken.

Use protection! Even if she's on the pill, condoms will help protect her from diseases.

to make sure that this is something that she's really ready to do and to make sure that he wears a condom.. I would tell her to really think about it before she just decides to do it :) :) :)
