Has a FWB relationship ever really affected you mentally for a short while? I find this type of relationship harder to get over compared to a normal realtionship

i was sitting on the couch, holding my ex-bf in my arms, as in a hug. he has a gf, but i didn't feel it was wrong, bc we've been having this sort of rel.(hugging, holding hand, and calling eachother names lovers do) ever since we broke up last year.there wasn't anything phisical in it all,only warmth and we both felt safe when together.
but that day he started softly kissing my fingertips and then we wanted to kiss me. i rejectind him at first, pretending i didn't understand and gave him a friendly kiss, but he insisted and i finally gave in. after kissing him, i started crying bc of the guilt. and this situation repeated itself for a few hours, kissing, crying and talking.. the thing is he started wanting more (like putting his hand under my blouse and touch me) but i rejected him by taking his hand and kissing it. i wasn't feeling confortable nor safe, only guilty.
the next day i sent him a mail, saying that we need to clear things out. he said we can't be friends, he wants more.

Saying that he likes you as a friend. ok. I've got this story and it goes like this....J and me was text messaging each other suddenly we were talking about another guy named Y. Then J said he and Y like me as a friend. Then he said Y got a girlfriend. I thought Y like me as in not a friend kind of like. And I always thought of J as a brotherly love/like. And I has a like/crush on Y. The way J tell me also was like he(Y) is torn between his girlfriend and me. Just wondering whether it means anything when a guy text message saying that he like you?? Hope you guys can answer..

I am not such a creative dude, and I want to propose to my girl. I see her every day in our building but we never talk, and she doesn't know who I am for several months and I really feel like the time is right to ask for her hand. How can I do it so romantically that it will sweep her off her feet so it doesn't matter that she doesn't know who I am?

I'm 45 years old, single male, raising a now 12 year old boy. What irks me is I hear women say "there are no nice guys out there, yet my son's mom didn't want a guy who was raising her son, going to work AND going to school at the same time. She seemed to prefer guys who had money, were just plain jerks, and is now married to a struggling screenwriter. Nothing against screenwriters, but what gives? I wanted to marry her, maybe she wasn't ready, blah, blah. But the next time I hear some woman say that there are no nice guys out there, it will be all I can do to hold my tongue. I've been looking for maybe ten years now, and all I find are women who are so in love with some guy who treats them like crap. Has our society degraded to the point where women are being raised by abusive dads, and they think this is love? I would really like an answer to this one. I've asked women, men, everyone.

We were found to be related and therefore could not get married. We definately have to stop, but we deeply love each other and already had sex. How can we stop this without pain and stress and also avoid sex again?
My parents and Ankles claim my girl friend's mum is a cousin in our family and we shouldnt go ahead and marry. I am falling inlove for a guy who's really younger than me by 5 years...he is just like my sister's age nad somewhat like a brother too. But then, he's been showing special gestures to me and tells me sweet special things. We've know each other for almost 6 months. I like him and he has something that caught my eye. I thank that he's a little bit taller than me coz' it's a lot more convenient to be talking to him, the age won't show. : ) I am not expecting fOr something else...but, really, should I stop or continue loving him more than a friend despite the age??

what if you think this person likes you, and have been liking you for a very long time and he has hinted a lot. yet he never does it directly and seems to be very very shy.

you might not really like him but you want him to face his feelings so that you know exactly what is going on and can think of whether you actually like him or not.

I watched "The Break Up" w/ Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston a day after I broke up with my bf of 3 years. First question, why do girls watch sappy movies after a break up?

The characters were very similar to my bf and I. But I never cried until the end. In the last scene, Vince's character winks at Jennifer and my bf used to always wink at me. I started bawling and rewinding it to watch him wink and I cried harder each time. I don't know why I did that?

One of my Employee (A girl) seems to be interested in me for a one night stand kind of relationship. It is only my calculated guess. How can I know for sure that she is. What kind of her gestures I should watch out for?. Even I am interested. Shall I wait for her to make the first move (sounds stupid to me anyways) Or shall I make the first move.
