Saying that he likes you as a friend. ok. I've got this story and it goes like this....J and me was text messaging each other suddenly we were talking about another guy named Y. Then J said he and Y like me as a friend. Then he said Y got a girlfriend. I thought Y like me as in not a friend kind of like. And I always thought of J as a brotherly love/like. And I has a like/crush on Y. The way J tell me also was like he(Y) is torn between his girlfriend and me. Just wondering whether it means anything when a guy text message saying that he like you?? Hope you guys can answer..

Sounds like high school to me.... Go, hang otu with some girl friends, pamper yourselves and wait a few years... most likey both J and Y wont be around and you'll have girlfriends to last a life time, not to mention, keep taking care of yourself and the guys will be everywhere in college!

Maybe just my English, but after read your question over and over I still don't understand, You girls are so complicated and have allot of thing to reconsider. Just ask directly to the guy, you can get more clear information that way.
Looks like the problem not just from your side, I think you should move on.
