I am not such a creative dude, and I want to propose to my girl. I see her every day in our building but we never talk, and she doesn't know who I am for several months and I really feel like the time is right to ask for her hand. How can I do it so romantically that it will sweep her off her feet so it doesn't matter that she doesn't know who I am?

Don't do it. If you like her enough to propose but at the same time she doesn't even know you exist, you're setting yourself up for heartbreak. It's very hard to sweep a woman off her feet that way. It's a real nice thing that you want to do this but it could only end in heartache. Get her attention first, then see if you can make something happen.

Rent yourself a gorilla suit, buy a 3 carat diamond solitaire (princess cut) ring. When passing in the hall stop her and pass her a note...hopefully she has a boyfriend she will think it is him and say "yes"! There, you got the girl!

since she did not know u, how can u go and propose to her?, u should show urself to her first, and if she felt attractive in a way, go to her closest member of family so they know that u want to marry her. then ask her to go out to see each other as being going to marry, and ask her to marry u. i m going through this experience rite now.

You dont 'propose' to somebody you dont know!!! Try asking her out first.
