One of my Employee (A girl) seems to be interested in me for a one night stand kind of relationship. It is only my calculated guess. How can I know for sure that she is. What kind of her gestures I should watch out for?. Even I am interested. Shall I wait for her to make the first move (sounds stupid to me anyways) Or shall I make the first move. If I have to make the first move, how to convey it to her so that there will not be any embarassment (Please keep it in mind that I am her boss).

Ask her to join you for lunch / dinner or for some coffee in the evening , if agree , repeat the invitation again , and when you both are open & friendly , just ask her to go out for a night to some far place for dinner . If yes, enjoy drinks / dance / dinner , then go to some Motel for the rest .
