Suppose a girl wanted to know if a guy she was interested in was single and straight. How bad a move would this conversation be, with 10 being "do us all a favour and never leave the house again".

Guy: (says whatever)
Girl: What would your girlfriend say about that?
Guy: I don't have a girlfriend.
Girl: Oh, your boyfriend then.

Explain your answer.

I talked to my bf that I wasn't sure if he needs to say sorry to me for hurting me two weeks ago. He admitted he had a strong feeling on my friend. He shared his fantasy and telling me how much he wants to be with her. I was very hurt and he knew that. Today, the problem is solved, he promised me to stop pursuing my friend and still want to be with me. He said he didn't do wrong to me, he didn't think that was wrong for having a feeling on my friend. What do you think?

What really turns you on about a man? And What do you like for him to do for you in bed? Please don't take offense to this question. Not trying to offend. Thanks

I just broke with my girlfriend who I had a long distance relationship for 1 year. I think she is amazing. I was in a long term relationship (5 years) where we lived together for 2 years, and I was single for 2 years before this girl. I broke up with the current girl because I'm 26 and I have a desire to be single. I feel that she could be the one, but I have a reservation deep down that the timing isn't right and I need to allow myself to be single. I'm a little worried that I jumped into another serious relationship so soon. She seems to have been completely ready to take things to the next level (moving to the same city for which she needs to apply for jobs in 1 month to be considered), but I don't think I'm ready to reciprocate her commitment. Am I stupid for letting this chance slip by? Or is it normal and constructive to have a single life? Or perhaps I just need a little time to get over being single before I get back with her?

I like a guy at work. we work in a large department store he works backstage i work on the shop. I am 24 he is 25.
usually we have the same lunch and breaks and over a few months we have become good mates.
I have a feeling he fancies me. He is not my usual type by far but he is a lovely bloke and makes me feel happy and confident about myself bit like when i was a teenager and had a crush.
I am also friends with 2 other people who work back stage with him. They both say he is unreliable. Like one day last week he phoned in sick when their was a high delivery and the lad left on his own said that he had to call managers to help him. Then I heard he called in sick today. Both say hes a really nice guy just unreliable at work.
I know there is a spark between us and I think it would be nice to take this further however his unreliability at work bugs me. If we were to get together would other staff/managers look at me differently due to their opinions about him or am i being silly?

So, my friend is dating this guy for like three years now. When they are in bed together she says that he just lays there and masturbate each time. If she try to kiss him or caress him he masterbates. She's very attractive, she has a nice body in case you're wondering. She says that he masturbates at least 4 times per day. What's the problem?

He shows interest whenever i see him and has said call me, we need to hang out, but do you think i even have a chance with him? hes only one year younger than me and ive had a crush on him ever since i met him in 4th grade (6 years ago) but kinda forgot about him until i saw him the other day, asked him to a dance, which he is unable to attend, but when he said call me we need to hang out, did he meanit, and what are good ideas for "hanging out" for teenagers? All of my past relationships have been disasters. I have never found the elusive soul mate or perfect partner that I could spend eternity with. I did have one long term relationship but he made me suicidal and I had to leave in the end. It just seems to me that relationships are not a solution, they're just hopeless dreams, idealistic fantasies at the very best.

Given that this is my general outlook, should I even bother trying to look for a partner, or just give it up and go my single way till I die? I live alone and don't meet many new people through work, so to meet someone would take a concerted, specialized effort. Is it worth it? Or is being single best? Sometimes I feel unhealthy, like I never get any human contact. I'm not bad looking and I'm 26. Thanks.

Last night I found out that this guy that I have a crush on likes me back! Woohoo! I feel like I'm in high school again. He walked me to my car and gave me what could possibly be the best kiss (top 5 at least) that I've ever had!!! Could this be my next love? My friends are tired of hearing about it so I thought I would rant and rave here instead. Woohoo! He is soo effin hot and SUCH A SWEETHEART! Yay me.

Ok. Sorry for gloating.

I thought I was being understanding, but a lot of people on here have said I'm crazy to think this...

My bf and I have been dating for 3.5 months. He told me he loves me, and I love him. I'm his 2nd serious gf (he's 23 and he dated his ex for 3 years). He moved away from her (she's in MN where he's from) and dumped her in August, when he started law school in VA with me. It's been great; we see each other everyday because we have the same classes, AND we never run out of things to talk about.

Recently, his ex told him she's dating someone. He was surprised that he felt jealous as a result. To me, this seems natural. I was jealous when my first love started dating again. He doesn't know how to deal with these feelings and is worried they might be more than jealousy. He's going home for Xmas, and he said he needs to see her to make sure he's over her. I'm worried, but he told me not to be bc he loves me and it's unlikely he still feels strongly for her. Am I stupid?

My man has never been jealous with me, which is a great thing because i am not jealous neither. But lately (after he proposed to me) he has been asking questions like : whos going with you or what was you doing when you didnt pick up the phone? and he expects an explanation, which aggravates me because im VERY FAITHFUL. is this jealousy? i thought he was not jealous! Is he going to get jealous after we marry??

Advice please ! My boyfriend and I live together and have been together off and on for several years. Recently he has started an email relationship with one of the office girls at an office that he supports in Maryland. (We are in California). I have seen one of his emails where he calls her “Babe”. He says that she is only a fantasy and that I shouldn’t be upset by it – that he loves me but that he is not attracted to me physically and this helps him cope because she is young and cute. They IM each other all evening long. I am trying to accept this but it is eating me up. Any advice ?
