Be 13. Have fun. Be friends. Do things friends do, regardless of how bad the hormones are pressuring you to do more. You don't need the pressures of adult relationships until you're an adult!
That aside, she said "no." I'd tell anyone to move on and forget it. Girls are like busses. If you miss one, another will be along soon!

Just ask, but ur gonna need brass balls cause you probaly dont want 2 hear this but there is always the possibility that it will blow up in your face and you will av 2 c most days in a big uncomfortable silence, its happened me

You are only 13 and if she knows you like her and she hasn't responded why waste your time. You shouldn't be worried about that kind of stuff yet. Think about yourself now you have plenty of time for girls
