Me and my neigbor hang out sometimes, and i have liked him for a long time
he acts like hes interested in me and all but i dont know
hes out of town this weekend, and im hanging out with him next weekend on Sat
when were just hanging out watching a movie or something how can i show him i want to be more than friends

You should go ahead and tell him how you feel, if you dont youll never know what couldve or wouldve happened. If he says no then, have no regrets of what you felt.

Stay a virgin! Don't mess up your life because you are interested in dating. Its normal at your age. Don't do anything to show him you like him just tell him. From his reactions you will know if he feels the same way. However, you should always remember not to let him take advantage of you. Some guys think that they can control a girls mind when she is vulnerable. I know you have developed feelings for this guy, but I suggest you remain friends until you finish school. If you decide to start a relationship, just remember that you were friends first and nothing should come between that.

ok i have the same problem...my opinion is that u should sometimes show him a little bit more interest that u other times do and tell him that u like a guy that u r friends(meaning him but don't tell him that yet)but u don't know how to tell him.then ask his opinion.u should do what he would want to hear from a girl when she's trying to tell him that she likes him.i think that would work....good luck!:)
