He is giving you hints but he is afraid that you may not like him or something.So start hinting on him but not to much and if he hint's back then go for it. The reason why he may seem that he is not flirting is because he is afraid of what you may think. I think he likes you but I don't think he knows you like him. Good luck

The question is do you like him? If so, then tell him or just ask him if hes interested in you. Unless he comes out and tells you, you will never know. Sometimes its good to take control of the situation and just go for it. Besides, what can it hurt to ask?

Victoria it all depends on how you feel if you think there is a window of oppertunity then you go forward and corner him by asking hiim out your heart must be telling you something or you wouldnt be asking like this GO FOR IT GIRL this from a male angle go on

he makes alot of eye contact, tries to find ways to talk to u, he's nice and smiles when u make eye contact. pays u attention, laughs at ur jokes.. guys tend to make it obvious.
But each guy has a different way of showing so just go wit ur instinct ;)
