ive been seeing this guy for about a year now. we hang out all the time, he takes me to dinner, movies etc etc, things that boyfriends and girlfriends do. we just started to go intimate last month. i asked him about 5 months ago why we are not official and he said he was not ready. so what i dont understand is why wont he commit to me if its obvious to me he really does like me? any answer besides hes probobly seeing someone else please!

She is arranging a night tomorrow for her girlfriends to come around to watch me present my paycheck to her. I really love her but I overheard her telling her girlfriends about the "collaring ceremony", I think she might have been referring to our date. I am really scared that if I don't submit to her she has other guys that will. I already know of 2 that have offered her percentages of their paychecks. If mine is not enough I might still lose her. How much should I give? I love her so much and don't want to lose her.

I'm really good at talking to people, and am even a better listener, so why is it so hard for me to talk to girls? I get all shy when a pretty girl is around, I can't think of anything to say, and start to get all silent. I know I want to say something but its like my mind goes blank. Any advice on my problem?

There is a guy who I've liked since sixth grade, which was nearly four years ago. Then, I told him I like that I really like him and I wanted to be friend. He replied saying, "I don't want a gf right now partly because I'm too shy" and then I realized I never mentioned anything about wanting to be his gf. Anyhow, I told him I wanted to be just friends too. He's really reserved. The 'cool loner' but I think he's way too shy maybe even scared to show people how he feels. I really like him but it's hard to tell if he like me back or if ever he'll like me back. One of my friends thinks he does and I have the same feeling but it's sketchy because he seems to be ignoring/avoiding me at times. He's very different from the other guys (modest, simple, smart, athletic, well-mannered, not bad looking, in other words he's perfect) and that's what I like about him. He has such great qualities in him and I know many girls are falling head over heels for him. If only he realizes how speacial he is.

About a year ago the love of my life ended our three year relationship after a weekend of arguing. Although I know that things were getting bad between us, I always thought we could work through anything. I admit that I made a lot of mistakes and put her through a lot but I never thought that she would walk away. Now she is in love with another man and although I have been with a few women since her, none of them can manage to erase her memory or the constant pain that I feel from her absence in my life. To this day, over a year later, I literally think of her from the moment I wake until I fall asleep only to endure another night of dreaming of her. Is my heart eternally broken? If there is such a thing as a soul mate, Did I find mine and let her slip through my fingers? and if so, how does one recover from such a devastating event? I am convinced that I will never truly love again, but, if you have another theory please let me know.

alright, i have dated around, been to the bars, and gotten over my ex completely. the only problem im having is finding girls who are also interested in something longer than a week or two. what are ways to let a girl know that you want to move into something a little more serious. also, im having problems meeting women who would want to start something serious, being that i meet most women in bars, clubs and parties. is there certain places that women go to meet men and take men more seriously? any help would do.

I am a senior already... and havent met my true love...
im starting to wonder when i will.. and starting to lose hope..
I mean... ok... sometimes i am a bit unsociable but i am a REALLY nice guy.... all of my friends say that....

(well there is this one girl... i think she see me as a friend...

Honestly. Girls always tell you to give the cold shoulder to a man when he does something really wrong. That or the immediate 'dump him' card.
But! Even if the guy is at fault, will the silent treatment truly make him come around or merely become more irritated? Does this tactic ensure apologies or just stirring the pot?

Heres the story(4weeks)...this girl, we always use to go lunch, out to movies, and even the occasional dinner/going out with friends of ours. Everything was really great...she likes to touch me alot, and we always use to laugh....now all thats gone, the past week has been really hard as i dont know what has happened. Her B/f did break up with her, but we use to go on lunches even before that happened. I didnt make the move cause i really didnt want to move too fast for the girl. Im so annoyed at her this past week...she doesnt respond to my txt's, unless its really urgent, and she seems to have gotten real distant from me...i have yet to ask her why, but she works with me, and i dont want to say anything yet...i really like her, and dont know what to do...One thing i noticed though, is shes really nice and laughing to everyone else...but shes now got a awkward feeling towards me everytime im there, as if she doesnt want to talk to me/ignoring me. and then we think girls arent evil?

i hang around this book place to study and a guy comes up and we start talknig. eversince, i see him come twice a week and he always come up to me to talk which is fine. the problem is he has a weird way of approaching me. like he would tap my feet with his, hit me lightly with something, or some unusual gesture. guys, why would you approach a girl like that?

my boyfriend and i have been together for a year now and things are great. well the problem is i haven't met any of his family. I've met all his friends and we go out and hang out with them all the time. but he never invites me to family functions etc. I'm 18 and hes 21 we started dating 2 months before i turned 18 so i was 17 and he was 20 then. I know his dad didn't like me (sense i was underage), but my bf never made an effort to let me meet him and talk since then, most of the time i don't let it get to me...since everything else about our relationship is perfect. but on sat he was going to a post thanksgiving dinner at his uncle's and his uncle told him to invite me, but my bf didn't even consider me going he just told me and laughed it off ignoring the fact that i said i would like to go. I don't understand why he won't let me meet all or any of his family it seems like hes ashamed of being with me? any ideas what i should do...or if im just over reacting
