What would you do if you had to choose between love and studying in the most beautiful country in the world New York City to make your dream comes true? I chose the second one but i am not sure yet! Please tell me your opinions. Thank you in advance.

I just think love is weak and it disgusts me. I always want to be strong and tough, like a dictator. Someone does something nice for me, and I say something mean to them and I love it. I want to be alone the rest of my life with no one with me. I have never loved anyone, not even my parents. I gave up trying to get a girl, and I didn't even ask a girl out because I view myself as stupid and unattractive, but everyone tells me I'm attractive, so I don't want to embarass myself. If some girl asked me out, I would just say no. I view everything as a battle, and I think being in love as losing a battle. I just want to hit everybody I see making out or holding hands. I would feel like yelling at a girl if she asked me out. I would say never talk to me again, or something like that. I would try to make her feel bad and make her not be interested in me. What is my problem

Well, theres this guy at my school and he's been liking me for about 1 year now. I have started to develop feelings for him, and somehow he found out. Before he found out, there was more eye contact going between us. But the sad part is, we never had a conversation before, since both of us are shy. Well here comes the problem, after he found out about me liking him, he doesn't look at me anymore. It seems like he barely notices me and i feel like I'm drifting further and further away from him. I've heard that you should play hard to get, this will make you more desirable. Is it possible that since i told him i liked him, i was less desirable? And could it be possible that he still likes me?

l had a very good friendship with my friend until Tuesday. What happened is l was supposed to walk home with her after school, but l had forgotten that l had promised some girls to walk with them coz l had to give one of them her money back, so we had to pass through the shops and l forgot to tell my friend.


She got really angry with me and l told her l was gonna call her when l get home, but then she texted me and said she doesn't think she'll ever speak to me again coz of that. l told her l was sorry, but she couldn't listen and up to now she's not talkin to me. lt's making me feel bad (l'm really hurt & finding it hard to forget about it coz that has never happened to me before) and l don't want that to interfer with my exams since l got mocks next week.

I think about her all the time, but I hardly ever get to hang out with her : ( We dont have any classes together so I cant see her at school, not for very long atleast. I only really get to see her every other weekend, when she goes to her dads house. She is my best friends step sister...So she goes to his house every other weekend when she sees her dad. I spend the night. Other than that we hardly get to see each other. I dont think she likes having guys over when her mom is home so we dont really do that. Its going to be 7 months before i get my license so I cant take us anywhere. Is there somewhere we could go to be alone, away from everyone else? or atleast away from parents?

im independent, confident, and have been called attractive. i like guys who are confident of themselves but not overly confident. however, a friend told me that guys dont go up to me because they think im taken.but i'm not taken, and have never been since i rather have a quality guy than quantity. i asked my male friends about this and they said that if they didnt know me, they would have thought i was taken too. when i asked them why they would think this, they replied "idk i just would think that" or "because of your looks". my question to you guys is how would i get rid of this "taken" vibe without being desperate and find a quality kind of guy?

i feel really weird about my bf not being a virgin because i'm his first love and hes mine but he's done it before with a girl he wasn't even going out with! Theres a guy I've been talking to online for sometime now. We live about 1 hour apart and last week we finally made a plan to meet up tomorrow afternoon to finally meet each other face2face & yes its in a very public place, dont worry!! But we didn't finalize any plans as to time, etc. The last time we talked was on Wednesday right before he left work-he worked 1/2 day. During that conversation, just like in the previous ones, we talked about meeting up on Sunday, etc. But with the Holidays I havent talked to him since then...he doesnt have a computer at home, just at work. So I was wondering, should I give him a call to confirm our plans? I will be working until midnight this evening and I cannot access Yahoo Messenger or Yahoo email through my work computer to communicate with him in those usual ways. Also, if I do call him and get his voicemail, what type of message should I leave.I know that might sound lame but I dont want to sound too anxious or anything. What should I do

My delima is that now days it appears men don't want to "date" women. They just want to be able to have sex with them. After they get sex, they just want to hang out with the guys and do what they were doing before you met them. If it is convenient for them, the next time they happen to run into you......Well you get the picture.

I just want to date the old fashion way. Meet someone, go on a few dates, have a few phone conversations, decide if you want to go on more dates. THEN decide if you want to have sex.

Am I asking too much?

Okay I'm in a love triangle. I'm going out with someone. I love him so much. Then there's this other guy who loves me and I love him like a brother. I could probably get in a bikini and not worry, he's like my brother I love him that way but he loves me a different way. Then there's number 3, really like him as a friend and sometimes we have awkward moments like we're meant to be together. He knows more about my past and my life than my b/f. He is the one I cry to. I met a guy and for the first time in my life was blown away. Neither of us expected it, nor were we looking for it. Then he had to move away for work. He doesn't want to do the long distance thing, because that is what his last relationship was, and he got his heart broken. We both talk about our futures and agree that we would be good together. We still talk and I have visited. I could move to where he is in six months, but would be moving there for him. Which I don't want to do unless we both want it. He is unsure about everything, but I know he cares about me a lot. I have tried to pull away a bit by limiting how often we talk, but I don't know how long I can stay in limbo like this. What should I do?

If you really thought you loved someone, saw yourself having a future with this guy (kids and all), but didn't have much relationship experience, didn't have many experiences being single, wanted to explore — do you really love the person? Could you hook up with other people, date, sleep with people and still love that person? How would you convince the guy that he was really the one for you AFTER you did these things?
