I met a guy and for the first time in my life was blown away. Neither of us expected it, nor were we looking for it. Then he had to move away for work. He doesn't want to do the long distance thing, because that is what his last relationship was, and he got his heart broken. We both talk about our futures and agree that we would be good together. We still talk and I have visited. I could move to where he is in six months, but would be moving there for him. Which I don't want to do unless we both want it. He is unsure about everything, but I know he cares about me a lot. I have tried to pull away a bit by limiting how often we talk, but I don't know how long I can stay in limbo like this. What should I do?

AS long as you are able to take care of yourself and not be dependent upon him and you are social enough to meet new friends and have a life outside of your relationship to him, you might consider taking a chance.

Remember, it is only a chance... do not have any expectations or there will be problems a plenty.

if you are able to support your self , if things go south, then why not , there won't be any thing to loose, and every thing to gain. Just make you are in a good position
