Bad idea or not?
I'm seeing this chick who is 4 years older than me, it's going great. I have digged her forever and it finally clicked between us.
But do older women in general think that there is no real future with a younger guy?

I think what you are going through is perfectly normal. Older women like to be around younger guys because they are more care free I think. Just as older men like to be with younger women because those aren't the ones wanting families right away usually. Everyone wants a boyfriend/girlfriend that they can have fun with. As well as the younger partner makes you feel younger. I have heard many times as well that men reach sexual peak in their late teens while women don't reach it till they are in their mid thirties. This also makes for larger distances in age in many relationships. All I can say from personal experience really is that the older you get, the less age matters. When you are in your 20's, 5 years is a big difference where as when you are in your 50's, 10 years isn't much of a difference anymore. And if you are in Hollywood, there are no rules lol. -Female 32

4 years isn't really that much of a difference. there's not much of a future will an 89 year old woman and 22 year old man, so i guess i need u to define exactly what "older" is-but if it's finally "clicked" between the 2 of u, enjoy the ride while it lasts

I think more and more women are getting to recognize age differences need not be an issue. Look at Demi Moore and Ashton Kucher and Halle Berry and the model she is seeing.
Common interests, concerns and maturity level are more important than age ( unless one party is a minor and the other isn't).

Most of the time they do because most guys being young are just full of come and not looking for anything other then sex... Some guys are different though and if a woman see's that you are then she'll think that there's a good chance of having something more with you and will...

No. There is always a future with someone you love. I have never dated a guy younger than me, but my mom has. She is 45 and shes dating a 20 yr old. He should be dating me!! Plastic surgery and life support is all you need.

my step mom is legally married to her younger husband, she is about 5 or 6 years older. however my dad is her ex husband he is the oldest.
therefore my fisrt girl friend was 34, i was 19. i been going with older females before i found out that my mom remarried.
i dont trust women my age or younger. they get most guys messed up,killed or locked up.or even lie about their age and educational life. right now i am almost 22, and single.i chose older females because thay always spoke to me.
stella got her groove back. its the maturity,personality,stamina in most fellow brothers.

The age difference between the two of you is less than half of a decade, so don't even worry about it.
