Honestly. Don't you think it would be appropriate to get the gender of the person asking the question correct?

My boyfriend and I are on a two week break. We have been together for alittle over 2years. I think he wants to be single but I am not 100% sure. How am I suppose to deal with this when I love him so much and we have been through so much? He loves me and all but if he ends up not wanting to be with me I will feel so lost. I dont want to be a pathetic girlfriend, I want to act like everything is cool.
What do I do in general???

We have not spoke in two days because I stop taking her calls. I was trying to move on but it is hurting me not to talk to her. I am very emotionally dependant and I am just afraid that if I have a friendship with her it will hurt me more as she moves on. We been together 5mo. The reason why I want to leave her is because she hangs out most of the time and smoke weed all night. She dose not work. I don’t smoke and I work as a professional. We seem opposite but she caters to me emotionally. Finally, I don’t know any of the people she hangs out with and stays the night with.

An ex bf that you had maintained a friendship with, even after you broke up, start getting an attitude with you and ignoring your calls after you meet a new bf? It's been two years since the relationship was over, and we'd both promised one another that we were best friends before we hooked up, and we'd be best friends even if we did break up. After the break up, we were still good friends up until the point when I got a new bf. Now it's straight up hostility. So what? Did everything we promised one another all of the sudden become null and void once I actually did meet someone else? Did he just lie about always being friends just to make it sound good?

I'm a pretty shy guy and I finally confronted this girl I liked 3 times, and started conversations with her each time. They'd be really casual and short (2-3 mins)

She's one of the most amazing people and I really think is possibly the person i'd want to be with for the rest of my life. We share the same interest, style, music, EVERTHING. She even plays guitar, same as I do.

Although I hope she didn't get a bad impression when I confronted her. I dress like a punk, always dress nicely, do my hair, and make sure I smell nice. I don't want her thinking I'm some player, or a guy who takes the term "love" for granted. How can I show her that I'm not that type of guy?

I don't know might all be in my head, but I can't get this thought out of my mind that maybe I'm not approaching this whole thing the right way. Hopefully she saw that I was a shy guy.

Met this girl last month and we've been slowly spending more time together & talking on the phone more. She goes out of her way to park infront of my place, walk her dog by my place etc, just about everyday. We've hung out a few times, and had humorous, intelligent, and personal conversations. All these signs point to "She's Interested", although I can't explicitly gauge if she want's to be persued. Why do I question this you ask? Because #1 she broke up w/ her fiance of 5yrs 10mo's ago, was "semi-dating" a "good-friend" who recently went off to Iraq after he left had a blow out on the phn 2 wks ago. she tries to discuss them w/ me periodically. I don't want to discuss them by anymeans if i can help it, but I do want be respectfull of her and show a bit of interest for her sake, but i'm tryin now. Then she invites me up that night to watch a horror movie together (i think, ok, I'm in), but she's on the otherside of the sofa w/ the dog between us. I like her alot, but do I step it up?

Well I like this girl and she likes me. Whenever we talk or when I'm near her I act perfectly normal, calm and stuff like that. I get nervous/ self conscious inside but I don't show any of it. Is this a bad sign to her? Will she stop liking me?

I'm not in college i'm 26, but whe n i go around town what i notice is that the american girls of college age i see are so talkative and outgoing, it's hard to imagine they would ever like me. More over i wonder if when they think of dates they ever consider guys outside their race or people like me who are quiet, hispanic first generation american who is not assimilated into american culture as much as others( For example: In my house we speak spanish, i don't do what typical americans call "hang out" or "going out at night", i don't do anything of what typical white families do...i never dated, i never had friends,,.. i don't and never have gone to any crazy parties( like in college), etc.. i just don't fit in in the typcal american culture ). I dont eevn fit into mexican culture either cause i'm a shy hispanic and that's not typical.

Well anyways, i often listen to these talkative girls in the bus or downtown, and they always talk about guys like "All guys are...." "Guys are just.

She left my place after an afternoon of fun yesterday and called me 4 or 5 times w/in an hour just to talk about nothing really. I am a sucker for that sorta stuff. She decided she was going out w/ the girls which was fine b/c I was wanted to watch football at a freind's. I called her at 10:30 last night and...she never called back! After about 4 hours, I called her (still no answer) and left a message to the effect that I was hoping to talk to her and felt like it was a double standard. She can call me while I'm watching football but she won't return my call when she's out w/ the girls? I am not worried about her cheating so please don't suggest it. It's just now she hasn't called me today. Left her a couple of messages. Now how long would you wait to hear from her or contact her again? We have been dating for almost 6 mos and things are going well otherwise. This is really the first tiff. What's the deal?

I backhanded my GF, it really was an accident, I didn't see her there,
It wasn't very hard, but she beat me up pretty bad for doing it.
I kept apologizing, but she showed no mercy and now I've got bruises all over me, I'm not sure what to do about it, how do I make it up to her?
She locked me in the basement for two days, then she finally let me out,
But she's still mad at me.
What do I do?

when you ask a girl out to get aquainted with them as a friend and they tell you sorry but they are already involved but yet when you see the person in town their is not that sugnificant other around to see every time you bump into her in town . So why lie about it and just tell the guy the truth so he can go on and try to work at a different approach instead of breaking his heart of hurting his feelings ?
