i thought that only women get breast cancer

It is true that guys can get breast cancer. The incidences are at a much lower rate than with women, but it can happen. Cancer has many known and unknown causes and can affect anyone. The guy that played Apollo Creade in the Rocky movies had it. Men can definitely get breast cancer.

yes, my brother was about 16 years old when he had a cancerous tumor removed from his man chest.
He is now cancer free

Yes we can, and you do not catch cancer. It is not a viral infection. Cancer grows in your body, at a cellular level.
