that is one big mystery still... but generally if he talks about you a lot to his friends, if he makes an effort to get to know you. if he finds a way to touch you, you know small gestures like on the knee, back. If he teases you a lot. If he always pays attention to your clothes, or hair, notices small changes in your appearance. If he gives you a lot of compliments.
