I feel lonely. I see guys who have beauty girlfriends that I know I look better than. I admit, I am a little scared to ask a girl out. The ones I have summoned courage to ask out, told me that they will go out with me only to tell me that they are seeing someone. I tried clubbing/bar scene, but didn't seem to lke it. I don't know is something wrong with me? I can't seem to understand. I am 28yrs and I still don't have a girlfriend. I am not so desperate, but I am getting very concerned now more than ever. Any suggestions from the nice well meaning yahoo users? Thanks

i just wanted to vent. im 25 and am seriously considering dating either guys that at least 35 plus or women bc i SWEAR i meet nothing but idiots. i am an attractive, intelligent, successful female who has a good job, my own place, and i take care of my 3 yr. old daughter alone. i am independant and rarely ask anyone for help with anything. i get approached daily but 99% of the guys i meet are sexy losers. they r nice looking but either married, living w/someone,have a pile of kids, weird, have a criminal record longer than their arms, deadbeats, sex fiends, or something else off the wall. i am just wondering why is it so hard for a decent female like myself to find a good guy?do other females experiences this? and guys what are u actually looking for in a female? just a question i had to get off my chest.

i asked this question many weeks ago about the lady who cuts my hair we have been friends ( we dont go anywhere together though) for several years. well i did give her a pick me up card and asked to go to lunch as friends and then she acted rather distant so i asked the ladies on here and they responded well but now a new twist today i saw her got my hair cut and pointedly asked her hey did my card or the invite to lunch offend you or make u uncomfortable? she said no and then changed the subject whats up her? you can check my Q&A and get more details on background but i dont believe her what you think

This would be an easy question if we didn't have children. So at what point do you say THIS IS ENOUGH! I can't even remember when the last time we slept in the same bed. That is sad. When I try to talk he says he's not going to change and that he sees nothing wrong. Do men just treat women good until they know that they have them? And let me tell you I'm not bad looking, I have had many offers, but said no. It seems the only time he looks at me with those loving eyes is when another man hits on me. Should I just sit at home being miserable till my kids are grown?

I guess this is a reflection of the world we live in but theirs alot to be learned here. I recently placed a question and stated I was 40 and looking to meet a younger woman. I was attacked in every way. None of you have a clue about me and what Im all about.
