Let's say I was the guy and I would like it if you gave me a note or something with your number on it or just ask him out one weekend and chances are he might like u more than u think he might surprise you. He's probably thinking u might not like him so he afraid to ask u.Do what your heart says

I say you should tell him how you feel otherwise you'll regret it when you dont tell him whats on your mind and if he is a good enough guy he'll still want to be your friend if he doesnt like you the same way back

Actually, try to play a little hard-to-get. Guys love women who are challenging to win over. I recommend that you get books on self-help to learn some tricks about how to talk to anybody and win their friendship & love (I buy self-help books all the time even though I'm not even shy and even though I know how to talk to regular people, but the tricks I found in such books are really helpful that I even incorporate them in my conversations with people!)

I think you should just be honest and say to him i really like you and do you feel the same, then explain why you think he doesnt like you as much as you like him. I ask my fella this once and he gave me an honset answer as he did not expect me to ask it. If nnot write a little note.
