Anyone else out there tried of getting rejected from everyone when you go around tiring to find an honest relationship with people? I don’t get it either, I mean I know I’m not the most attractive person in the world, but I don’t think I’m unattractive. I'm actually wondering why people even bother, rejection really sucks and its a downer. I'm starting to feel like I should just start asking random people rather than people I find interesting, because it doesn't seem to work.

I took a beautiful coworker out to dinner and dancing. We ended up making out ( I was going to be happy with just a kiss ) at her house but she wouldn't let me go any farther. Well ive had a crush on this guy for like five years now but now there are rumours that hes going out with this other girl... they deny it all the time and say tat the rumours arent true, but i noticed them getting sappy and stuff. I've been talking to this guy for about 3 months and i really like him!! I know he likes me too but when ever people ask us if were a couple and we both just say were dating with opioins open but why is it he gets mad when i go out with the girls and when i have dates I mean where keeping opions open! we talk every day and he is usually at work or either with his friends he never is talking about hanging out with girls or he's dating other girls so i'm wondering should i stop all this going out with other guys and just stick with the girls and see what happens with me and this guy! because i really like him but i don't want to reget it later and him do me wrong!!

It's not the money, because I really wanted my girlfriend to have this cashmier sweater. For her birthday I got her this great looking, soft as butter, Ralph Lauren cashmier sweater that topped out at $700 + . A few days later it's still sitting in the box on a chair in her room. She said, "it's nice...but I may not wear it." I gave her the gift receipt that is void of a price. Still, she won't wear it or exchange it for something she likes (and she's not lazy). I am tempted to tell her that the sweater is valuable, but I don't want to mention how valuable. Otherwise, it's going to be a $700 sweather in the Good Will store someday.

My boyfriend weighs about 30 or 40 pounds less than I do; he's got a great figure and is comfortable with himself. I, on the other hand, find myself repulsive and feel ashamed if not downright disgusted whenever he tells me that he thinks I'm beautiful or that I'm the perfect woman, etc. What embarrasses me the most, I think, is that he seems so proud of me, yet I see absolutely nothing for him to be proud of. Whenever he learns that I'm trying to lose weight he seems worried; but with a BMI of 28.2, I get really nervous and even more down on my image. Is there any way for me to feel comfortable around him in the meantime?
