first you have to find out if it is true, and the only way to know is to talk to here.
if you feel she is lying, then you are in big trouble, you will better leave her, because you cannot trust a person that lied twice.
if she will tell you the truth,it will all depend on your choice and your ability to trust her again, but if i was at your place i would have left her.
I may understand a cheating after a long period of marriage, but in a relation surely not.

My opinion would be to just leave the relationship. Relationships are supposed to be based on trust and respect. To cheat on someone you are in a relationship with breaks that trust and shows that the one cheating doesn't really have respect for their partner. That is just my opinion, though. The truth of the matter is, no matter what anyone says, you will have to make the choice that seems right for you and then live by that choice.

That depends if you want to stay with her or you want to call it quits. IF you choose to forgive her, it NEEDS to be complete. You're making the choice to forgive and forget and to later hold it against her would not be fair. IF you choose to break up with her, you have a couple of options. 1. you can be an ******. 2. you can ignore her. 3. you can be civilized but distant. 4... the options can go on and on. But since it sounds as if you're going to stay with her even though she cheated, you have to be willing to forgive and forget completely.

Are you serious? Confront her and find out if it's true or not. If it's not, then consider the source of the information and what was the intent.

Dump her......if she did it once, she'll do it again. Remember, you found out about one episode....are there any others? Save yourself the drama and heartbreak........and she may wind up dumping you eventually for someone else.......best of luck to you......

Normal actions from this situation - you should be pissed and hurt if you care about her! If you act like nothing's happened - she'll do it again!
