Have you ever been effected by a female friend's/girlfriend's/wife's period? Did you have any mood swings? Did you have any cravings? How long have you deal with this? How long was it before you noticed your change was in fact her having her period?

One way or the other, your TOO attached to this person. Subconsiously, your probably taking on her emotions as yours. When you walk into a room and people are crying, do you feel sad too? Even though you have no idea what is going on? If so, you need to find your own identity.

OK so I'm not a guy but the reason could be pheromones. Pheromones are scentless chemicals that the body emits in order to send messages to others. You've seen it in animals "in heat;". You might just be extra sensitive to her changing hormones.
You also hear about this with men who have pains & cravings when their girls/wives are pregnant. It will pass don't worry.

many lady’s have this mood swing problem. i am one of them. i get angry for no reason or small reason or even sometimes for something that happened in the past. it will hit me suddenly and i will feel angry as if it just happened. u cant control that.
my husband will not come home tonight because we had a fight due to this. how silly. men do not understand what’s going on whit the women and they have no idea what to do.
i wish my husband tolerates this more. But obviously he can’t. Try to hug your girlfriend and be nice as you can be EVEN if you don’t get a proper instant response .TRUST ME ON THIS ONE. Just remember she feels bad too and this mood swings are pretty harsh on us.
Good luck

I have sympathy pains, irritable, and I do eat a lot more when she's on her period. It started happening about a year and a half into the relationship. We put two and two together when we were arguing about who would cook dinner that night, all the excuses why we shouldn't added up. Of course, she won.

A man's body goes thru monthly changes also, although not as prominent as a females' and definitely not spoken about as much. Maybe y'all r on the same cycle. Ask your doctor.
