I have been in a relationship for most of my adult life but after my last one ended I said that I wanted to just be single, now I dont want this. I have fallin for the first guy that I went out with have only be single for about 10 months. But now I want to be with someone that doesnt care if I am alive. I hate being by myself an feel like time is running out!! Do you guys think its true that there is someone for everybody? My ex told me no one will ever love me, that they will only use me for sex an my money. I feel he could be right!!!

We dated for awhile but he is overseas and now has a girlfriend in the Philippines. We still talk everyday and most of the time he is complaining about the way she treats him. He says that he loves me but its friendship love. Could he ever change his mind, since we have always had great times, don't argue and he has told me that I am everything that he has been looking for? I'm confused!!

I really sumtimes hate being a girl. Guys think we are all the same.
I love my weight and never moan but still im like all other girls.
I love horrors and personally i cant take shopping. Things like that. But still every1 sees me like im the same as every else.

I have never had a problem in the past of talking to a woman about dating or anything else for that matter. But since my break-up with my girlfriend almost 6 months ago, I am very leary about approaching a woman and pursuing any relationship. I have been married before a couple of times and I even retain a very friendly relationship with my ex-wives. After the divorces I had no problem asking a woman out on a date. But since my girlfriend and I split up I do have this problem. I loved my ex-wives dearly. I loved my ex-girlfriend even more so. I was crazy about her. She treated me so horrible that nobody would believe me. Some friends believe me because they have seen what a person on "meth" is capable of. My girlfriend is strung out on the stuff very bad. That is the reason I left her. But anyway, I want to go on with my life, I am basically way over the grieving one experiences over a break-up. I see lots of women I would like to ask out. Why can't I do this?

I just finally got over my ex girlfriend who dumped me about 6 weeks ago after dating for 2+ years because she thought we were to comfortable together. Besides being a couple for over 2 years we were also best friend, but since she dumped me she has barely spoken to me and it seems like she has forgotten that I even exist. As heartbroken as I was I finally got over her just a few days ago. Well, on Sunday she calls me for the first time and I didn’t answer cause I wasn’t near my phone. She left a message asking me how I was doing and to call her back. Should I call her back? I just don’t want to hear her voice and then get all depressed again. It took me so long to get over this girl that threw me away like a piece of trash. Anyone have some advice?

I love my girlfriend. When we started dating, I told her that we should postpone sex until marriage. And she agreed. Down the road, am finding it a problem. Am 25, she is 22. I have felt the sex urge grow, yet we cant marry now since she has one year to finish school. Am growing impatient as I feel a year for me to abstain is too much. I'm totally lost with this guy, I mean I'm bout to go crazy. ok hears the story. We've been talkin for about 3 months and Sat. made it 3 months and we do prac. everything a b/f g/f does up to almost havin sex. I'm 47, haven't dated in a long time (got burned bad years ago), I'm working on my weight but don't feel very comfortable at the moment with it. But if I wait until I lose what I want, I'll be 90! I'm a very spontaneous person. I love to do all sorts of things. I'm fairly calm and patient - a good listener - and would love to find a strong relationship that would be nourishing and compassionate. But I have no idea where to start. I've done speed dating, singles parties, online services - nothing really worked for me. I think men on the dating services are looking for younger, skinny, prettier woman anyway, so I haven't had much luck with those.
