Only to a man. Why would a woman care about that stuff? The only women that care about their own bust size are women with low self-esteem.
What is the basis for the double standard of men liking women with big breasts, but a woman is not supposed to judge a man by what he has? What he has serves more of a purpose in intercourse than whether or not a woman has big breasts!
