Depends on what she wants...
If she's not looking for a new daddy for her kids and is o.k. to have some one to just distract her from her daily chores, it's fine.
If she is, you better get it straight before some one gets hurt..
So find out..

Most single moms don't date to just date. It's tough raising kids on your own, for anyone. Unless she is bitter and mad at the world, she is probably eventually going to want a relationship again. If you talk to her and tell her that you will never have a serious relationship.. and she agrees it is what she also wants.. Be very careful.. She may be thinking that you'll come around eventually..

It should be serious because she has already probably been hurt. Unless she doesn't want a serious relationship. The thing is, the relationship will not and can not be the two of you, because it has to be you, her, and the kids. They could get hurt too, if your not careful. If you are both on the same page go for it.

You sound immature enough to need mothering. What do you think? No serious single mom wants to get in a non-committed relationship. They are looking for a partner to help them with their family and the last thing they need is someone who wants to have fun with them. If you haven't been honest with her, let her know what you want, and do what she tells you, which most likely will be to go to H-E-L-L!

Whatever the two of you want. One serious caution though: do NOT form a relationship with her child or children unless you are willing to marry her. Children are extremely vulnerable because they badly want and need a relationship with a male adult. If you become even slightly close to her child and then later leave, you will hurt the little person very, very much!

one thing is to tell her that you are not looking for a serious relationship and if she agrees to date you then you have done the right thing on your part...i think if it advances to more be sure to use protection, cause i do not believe she needs any more children to care for as a single mother.. things are hard enough with both parents than to have to do it alone...it realy does hurt when you think they want the same thing you do then months down the road they want to get out and go after another woman.. so telling her up front is the best thing to do....

I think that it's unfair to want to have a fling with a single mom. The child will undoubtedly grow fond of you and it isn't fair to the child that you just want to bang his/her mother with no strings. What kind of message is that sending to this child.
Leave her alone and find someone without kids or wait until you're mature enough to handle a long term relationship.

Men who are not interested in relationships should try to find similarly disposed women. Most women after the age of 25 (and particularly with children) seek committed relationships, even if they don't realize it. Women want emotional security above all else, and they derive that in great part from a committed partner. If you are not interested in "using" her, I would avoid involvement.

I am s single mom and like most mature moms they want stability in there life. However if you are not interested in anything series and long term be honest with her from the beginning after all she is a mom and there is a child involved so please have enough respect to talk to her and be honest.

Let her know what's up! If she's a good single parent, she wouldn't let you meet her kids right away and she would tell you that she wants to get to know you first before even thinking about getting serious.

Nothing wrong with it, as long as she understands thats all you want right now. If she wants a serious relationship though, i would suggest you move on, so she can get on with her life.
