Singles & Dating - 6 June 2006

My Daughters Mother is from CA. We met in Chicago (My Hometown) while she was attending college. Our relationship was going sour but we decided to stick it out for the childs sake. Today she is Going to CA to visit her family, and attend her younger brothers Graduation, They havent seen the baby. They are only supposed to be gone a week. As Im kissing my daughter, i say Ill see you on the 11th (a week before my 1st fathers day) and she says well im not comming back that soon. She claims that she needs to get herself together and all this other BS. But I know she;s not comming back. Her plan was to trap me into making me a father and a husband. I can handle the parent part dispite the fact that I wasnt ready to be aparent at 22, but the married life aint for me right now. Her plan backfired and now she is trying to get me back. What can I do as a single parent?

I met this great girl the restaurant and we connected. I was talking to her for three hours and I had to leave because my friend worked the next day. She did not have a boyfriend so I got her number and vice versa. I called a couple days later and she never returned her call. Now I'm thinking, I just wasted my time when she could just have been blunt with me. Women, can never understand them. I called twice so I'm not going keep calling her but it makes me think.

I been chasing this girl for almost 2 month she knew that im chasing her but she had a boyfriend.....but i still keep going it as you all know Love Is Blind....if she is not marry is still have the chance!!! Both of us in the same college but her bf in other college so i have more chance....she often come over my place(student house) to study together, we also got went to watch movie b4.....last time her bf suspect something becos both of us skip school(wake up late cos slept at 5am) that she didn't go to school so they have a quarrel and her bf just left walk away from even thought she grab his hand tightly but he just walk away and she phone me and she returning all the gift i bought for her to me i asked her what happen she just cry and cry then finally she speak it out what else can i do ?? so i comfort her and bla bla......she come to my place and sleep overnight(i slept on the floor) i do all i can to comfort her not to cry as i watch her my heart is so pain.......

Was in a long distance relationship a year ago, I broke up with him but we kept contacting each other through email.
A few weeks ago I sent him an email telling him I want him back. He never responded to my email so I sent a text saying Thanks for responding. He sent one back apologizing saying he hasnt been online.
He still hasnt made an effort to respond to my email. I know he read it because he doesnt wait this long to check his email.

What am I supposed to think now? Why couldnt he just tell me he is not intersted instead of just ignoring the email? AND why would you send me a text apologizing that you havent been online. I know he is lying about that.

What do I do now??

ok. im in a tough spot here. my "bf" and i got in to a huge fight because he lied to me. he said he now has feelings for me, but before hand he was just playing me. i found this insulting and instead of apologizing to me, he said he wants out. i know he's being pathetic and am not gonna give in. my q? all our fights really stem cuz he wasnt honest. i want something that will get him below the belt without me getting hurt in the process. chances are were not friends anymore, so this has to be really slick. i want to show him that u cant just play pple and run and blame the innocent party. thank you so much!!

do u girls think that this is messed up. Lets just say ur dating a guy. u guys love each other very much. u email him and at the end of the email u say Love u and u say write back. he emails u back and he doesnt say love u. U also love it when he says hey sexy and hey baby at the begining of that email. but all of a sudden he just says hi.
