Careful! My ex-sister-in-law contracted intestinal pre-meno-angyniosis doing that. The sperm get stuck in the esophagus and feed off of debris for weeks, sometimes finding their way into the treasured cervix via a seldom used shortcut called "deepthroat's canyon".

It is only dangerous if the guy has VD. Then consuming is not necessarily safe as not every particle of what you eat makes it to the "incinerator" that is your stomache. Think about food poisoning. If a virus is present, it just needs to find a mouth ulcer... Anyhow, if you know the guy is clear though, it should be ok.
