Was in a long distance relationship a year ago, I broke up with him but we kept contacting each other through email.
A few weeks ago I sent him an email telling him I want him back. He never responded to my email so I sent a text saying Thanks for responding. He sent one back apologizing saying he hasnt been online.
He still hasnt made an effort to respond to my email. I know he read it because he doesnt wait this long to check his email.

What am I supposed to think now? Why couldnt he just tell me he is not intersted instead of just ignoring the email? AND why would you send me a text apologizing that you havent been online. I know he is lying about that.

What do I do now??

From the mere heading of your questions, they all revolve around the same subject matter. You sound possessed by someone you hardly know. If you're as persistant with contact, as you questions seem, you could almost be considered a stalker.
Please let it go, and move on.

i don't feel he was lying to you but felt awkward about your e-mail to him wanting him back apparently he has moved on with his life and has accepted the fact you and him are friends. what you do now is move on with your life and when you feel ready find someone to love you but only when you feel your actually ready for such

I think... he's found a LOCAL INTEREST.

Sorry...

But it's the only thing that makes sense.

NOBODY goes offline if they wish to stay connected.

Maybe he's just not interested. you broke up with him. Stop playing with his head. Let it go.
