Ok, I recently had a commotion with a ex-friend and it went kinda like this. There was this person I hated so I left the group in hoping to feel better and I was until this other person who was in the group left it and came to me and at the end of that day, there was a big confrontation and the other person back stabbed me badly. So, I took the rest of the week off to help with xmas things so I haven't really faced them yet so that means I'll have to wait until monday. I'm so dreading it ! I hate drama lol. The confrontation was basically that had said something about the person who made me leave the group and I didn't, apparently my "friend" had told them. Should I be worried about facing them or should I not let them get to me because I'm sick of there little games ?

I cant tell if she likes me the way i like her... we are friends but anyway read on:
1. We were just on holiday and spent like every second together, be it in the pool watching tv etc...
2. Since i 1st met her she has always seemed to be nicer to me than anyone else around
3. I have a feeling that sometimes she rings me just to talk to me but covers it up with some random subject.
4. She likes to play around with me e.g. walking in front of me then stopping, effectively playing tig nd similar things.
5. She likes to drag me around wherever she is going.
6. She offers me food/drink when she is getting one for herself
7. when playing sport or swimming, she always likes to have a bit of time just with me
8. we always make each other laugh
9. recently i hav spent lots of time with her over christmas etc. and sometimes we get onto the sort of boy subject and there is this boy she went to her dance with bt she always says to me she doesnt like him. i do really like her

First off, I don't want any of that "be yourself and they will come to you crap" because it's a waste of time and if you guys don't help me I'll find someone that well. By the way, this is a sample of the new me talking, very aggressive and to the point, so lets get to the point.

This year, I met 4 girls that I liked, 1 of which I liked IMMENSELY. I tried to get with them and ended up being "just friends" because I guess they are too retarded to see that I don't want to be their little buddy. SO, I've decided to make a change, first of all, being nice to girls doesn't work for me, so I'm going to change that.

I want to know exactally how to treat girls if I want nearly any girl I want, I don't care what it takes.


I'm 17, 5'6" and have a runner's body (no arm muscles but cut) now tell me what to do so I can stop this torment of watching girls I like go from one relationship to the next without me being one of them.

That's how it is, that's my new year's resolution.

I'm 21, It's new years and i'm home alone for the first year ever - sitting in my room on the computer, drinking bacardi and coke and feeling so miserable. was it considered cheap or expensive for where you live?

My wedding will be just a little over $7,000. This is expensive in my hometown but it's CHEAP for where we live now!

I know theres alot of different opinions out there...where someone in California could have a wedding for 10,000 dollars where it would be cheap there but expensive in ohio or west virginia or someplace like that..

I found out that my boyfriend is still friends with his ex gf. He has been with her 10 years ago and they were together for 8 years. SHe is married now and has a child and I found out that she visits him at his house with her child! He told me that they are just friends and that her husband knows about it, he sometimes even comes along, am I weird to have a bad feeling about this? Everything irritates him....we have 2 cars but we use mine on the weekends. He gets mad when i ask him to drive cause he thinks i'm making him my chauffer. So i drive all the time but he does not like the way i drive cause..he says i drive 2 slow..(60-70 ..my speed) , he says i am always following cars, and i am always on the dangerous lanes.He told me that police are looking 4 drivers like me. In my own words i'm comfortable with my speed limit cause i have control of the car incase of any accidents. He yells at me and i get so confused sometimes.
So yesterday 2 try 2 avoid any yelling...i tried 2 drive like he always want me 2. But he complained again..asking why am i always changing lanes, why the rush, why cant i drive at the same pace like the other cars. He gave me lessons again.
He prints direction and tlls me when 2 turn....he is bad at giving directions cause ..sometimes he doesn't say ..ok here turn right or left..he just point with his hand...or sometimes he says wait wait

Say you were popular and are extremely good looking and theres a girl in one of classes that you look at and she looks at you all the time. The girl doesnt have to newest or the hottest clothes and shes pretty average. Shes a little chubby and her hair is pulled back in a pony tail. Shes shy and not popular but for some reason you always look at her. You know she likes you but you have girls all over you that like you too and some are pretty but you dont have feelings for them. The thing is we also have a two year old daughter, who I love with all my heart. And I'd still say I love my wife, but things just don't seem to be working. I knew things would be different after we had a baby, but it just seems we're getting further apart. I also travel alot for my job, I'm gone usually every other weekend for alot of the year, I do get some nice time off, and on those vacations it seems like everything is good. But then it's back to work and it's the same thing.

I also can't stand the idea of leaving or being apart from my daughter, but is it better for her to live with two parents that seem to be growing further apart. Also, because of all this I keep having to fight the temptation of cheating on her, and it seems the harder to avoid it, the more women pop up who try to get it to happen.

What should I do?

My divorce decree lists the holiday visitation schedule with "odd" or "even" years and which parent gets my son that year. My divorce decree reads as follows:

New Years Eve/Day
12/31 8 am - 1/1 8pm

Odd Years=Mother (me), Even Years=Father (him)

I was under the impression that 12/31/2007 was an "odd" year so I was supposed to have my son. My ex-husband, however (who had him this weekend) drove my son to another state without telling me and is refusing to bring my son back. My Order for Protection is also tied into this visitation schedule, so if he doesn't follow it, it's an OFP violation.

So, simply enough, am I right or wrong? Is 12/31/2007 8am-1/1/2008 8pm an "odd" holiday or an "even" holiday and why? I can't get a hold of my lawyer to ask her.

Part of the reason that this is important is that I'm a nurse and the schedule was supposed to be associated with my work holiday schedule. (I worked Christmas this year=father and have New Year's Off=mother).
