she would put money into a trust fund for their birthdays and on holidays (like christmas and easter...) every year since they were born. she passed away when they were17 and 15. now, after they came of age to receive the money he told them he got it and spent it. saying he had to use it for them at one point or another...he took it for himself!

I would get that all the time and i swore my kids would never go tru what i did they will have the best clothes and they know that we can't go oveboard on things but they will have better than i did not to the point where they ar spoiled but they ill have nice things

Is it wrong for a mom to go out , and leave her 11 yr. old to watch the 9yr.old & 2yr. old late 4her 2go out? Or tell the 15 yr. old babysitter downstairs to go ahead and lockup once they fall asleep and go home. The 11 yr. old woke to find that they were alone and called her cell at 4am just to be told she was drunk and couldnt drive home. c-ya in the morning. Help please. I dont know what to do? My brother "dad"
has been going due to fear of her leaving them-to watch them everyday and it seems she does it more. They are divorcing due to mostly his faults and he feels that its his own punishment for cheating so he runs although he fears her threats of calling cops on him if he shows when not wanted are too confusing. But we have to check on them. She was a great mom and now the clubs is all she lives for. The kids suffer and tell us everything in fear.

the man with who i've gone through hard times, who made me feel the maddest feeling of the world, about who i dream of and make plans about, the man i trust, the man who rised me above the senventh sky...
...the man i love is leaving....
he says we r different. we came from different countries but we arnt completely opposite things. we got similar characteristics, likes, dislikes. he says he cant fit in england. he tried and now wanna go back.
i'm lost, confused, scared. dont know what to do. so i decided to ask u guys. if anybody got any ideas what is a better thing to do in this situation, pls advise.

This may sound stilly, but I'm being bullied by my younger brother. I'm talking about verbal abuse. He calls me retarted, gay, lez, fat, ****-talker, and a ******. I'm none of those, and I know that, but I don't know why he does it anyway. I don't do anything to him. I try to be nice. I know he's different than me, so I respect that and keep my comments to myself. He picks on me probably because I'm an easy target. I don't fight or say anything rude back. I just sit there and try to ignore his bad behavior...but this has gotten too far. It's been going on for years, and I'm so fed up with his attitude. I want to stick up for myself and end his unreasonable swearing twards me! ...Although, I don't know how. I don't want to "calmly talk it out" because he's not that type of kid. Hes got some major problems and won't listen to me. My mom doesn't even listen to him. She doesn't do ANYTHING to make him stop swearing. Can anybody help me?

ok this guy is obsessed with me! self-centered i know...but he found out where i lived and he did all these chores for me like mowed the lawn. (I was out of town) he puts notes on my door, locker (never use it thoe), send me them, there evrywhere! my friends like to mess with him and say stuff like "She likes you!" and he beleves them and im so sick of it. How do i put him down with out hurting him?...help

Her last known location was Bryan/College Station, Texas and this was as of March 12, 2002. Her birth date is June 3, 1982. We've called every phone number we've found in connection with her name and all have been the wrong number. We don't know if she's married, moved, or what at this point.

I don't know what else to do so I'm here on Yahoo! Answers. If you know her, please tell her that her little brother misses her and is searching for her and contact me. If you know of different resources that can help for a very small fee, or for free, please let me know!

My bfriend and I recently broke up after a 7 yr relationship. I am only 21 but still so in love with him. I am normally a very positive person and try to realize that everything happens for a reason.

Ladies, those of you who are experienced, please help me see the positive side of this. Those of you who are 30+, mainly because you might have experience in this. If you could go back to your 20s, what would you have done differently. I want to live my life to the fullest and would rather see something good out of this. Not just thinking that I lost my love & best friend.

Im having a birthday party in two weeks, i said to my mom i wanted it to have it at the beach, she said no. I cant have it at the beach, she said i should put my party at this museum.

i said mom, i dont want it at no museum and she got mad and started yelling at me and grabbed my wrist hard and pushed it to my face and said "why th ehell is your hair in your face again?"

Was that abuse? Because she got really angry and really pushed hard on my wrist

Okay will not say my age but I'm over 21 and so is my brother. He has always beat me in the past my my family would do nothing, when I would try to call the cops my family would stop me (unplug phone, lock me in the house so I could not get out. Now that we are in the same city again and he tried and my mother did nothing her concern was not for my safety but for she was upset that he was upsetting my younger sister and then prevented me from calling he cops again. He doesn't beat on any other woman but me (not my other sister, just me) but he says it's okay if he hits me and my family agrees. He didn't get to hit me this last instance because I locked myself in the bathroom. But decided that if he tried again if I couldn't get out that day I would go to the cops the next day and press charges even though my family will disown me. Do you think I'm right that he is abusing me? He beats me how a man would beat another man.

My fiance says that I am naive about things. I ask questions during movies that are science fiction or just complicated. He doesn't understand why I can't keep up with the movie. He has a IQ of 150, and I don't. Sometimes I miss things in movies so I ask. Should I do this, or just keep quiet?

Why cant i stop thinking about her?
My girlfriend broke up with me almost 3 months ago. Recently she accused me of some things i didnt do and now we are no longer speaking. For some reason i cant stop thinking about her.. i know this isnt healthy but i dotn know what to do. Everything reminds me of her.. I hear i song on the radio i think of her.. i watch baseball i think of her.. SHe never really provided me closure and I probably wont get that opportunity (at least for a while). What can I do? I can barly eat, I barly sleep, she is the first and last thing i think about in the day. THIS ISNT HEALTHY and quite frankly I dont want my life going into a downward spiral because of it. what can i do?
the police were involved at one point (she went psycho on me) so i cant just call her and talk to her. if anything i have to write a letter if i want cosure.. but i cant send it for a few months due to the magnitude of the accusations. I should just say screw her but for some reason i cant
