Im having a birthday party in two weeks, i said to my mom i wanted it to have it at the beach, she said no. I cant have it at the beach, she said i should put my party at this museum.

i said mom, i dont want it at no museum and she got mad and started yelling at me and grabbed my wrist hard and pushed it to my face and said "why th ehell is your hair in your face again?"

Was that abuse? Because she got really angry and really pushed hard on my wrist

♥Maybe, i'm not sure, probably not really, if she does this all of the time then yes, but if it was just once and it doesn't happen again, sometimes parentss just do tht b/c their ot thinking, and they dn't mean it. plus, she might not have meant to grab you that hard, and didn't realize her own strength! You never know you should ask her why she did that, and go from there. If she tries to tell you that it was for your own good, b/c you were being bad or something, then i would consider it abuse, but not until then! Good luck!♥

Even accusing someone of Abuse has huge consequences. I would not consider this abuse, however, I was not there. Abuse can be something like this, if you honestly felt you were in danger of being harmed.

If this was a one time thing, I wouldn't do anything about it. If this is common behavior, I would.

stop your winning. if you are going to whine about being abused then be prepared to go live in a foster home where life will suck so much worse than what you have now. If you really are in trouble though you should call the teen help line in your are. it should be in your phone book in the first page or 2. and talk to them and see what to do

According to the law, any physical contact that leaves a mark is considered abusive. But, what are you trying to do? Do you want to get your mom in trouble?

ABUSE? Are you so fragile that you think that was abuse?
Try PAYING for your own party you little **** and then getting YOURSELF out of a legal situation.
Sounds like your mom must love you to me and does not want you to be a ,,,,

yeah report her for abuse then probably she will be prosecuted and you will be taken away from her and put in care or something ... where you wont be having NO party at NO beach, no museum, nowhere.

It depends on if she does it all the time. If it was a one-time thing, then probably not, but if it continually happens you should tell someone. I know because my mom goes psycho on me alot, I get why your confused.

it sounds like abuse and maybe something is going on with her to act like that...which is still no excuse to treat your kids that way.........has she always been that way? if so then maybe you should talk to your guidence counslor at school and maybe she can help you all get into some kind of family counseling....good luck and happy birthday......
