my boyfriend is going in the armed forces by end of the month. we love eachother so much but we're scared that it may not work out with him being away for so long. does anyone have any tips on how to make a long distance relationship like that last? does neone have any partners in the armed forces also?

well what happened was we were just sat down eating breakfast, kippers and egg benedict when all of a sudden, mother had a violent outburst and told me i shouldnt still be a virgin at the age of 28! She said i needed to get out more. Then she went straight to the telephone and phoned her brother who is single. She has arranged for us to go for a meal tomorrow night. Is this normal? I mean i really fancy Uncle Berty its just im thinking maybe hes a bit old for me , i mean theres a 20 year age gap! Any advice? sent

Theres this guy who i really like, and i think i am in love with him-he treats me good and i know he cares but my mom doesnt want me to have anything to do with him because of his past,she thinks he is trouble and a "thug" but hes not and she doesnt even want to give him a chance. She doesnt know i am seeing him and i havent told him the waymy mom feels about him either. I care about them both and i hate going behind her back but i dnt knw what else to do!! please help and give me advice on what i could do to change her mind or just give him a chance.

In my school, the tutors who are understanding and nice, are the ones who don't know their math or maybe they do know but they confused you even more.

But there is one guy who explained every problem you have very clear But he looks at you, like you suppose to know every math problem and he is annoyed by people asking him as what he calls it "Easy problems". If I know all of the math problems, I wouldn't come to the tutor.

What would you do? Just go to that guy even though he's really annoyed by your questions?

My sister has met a guy who has been in prison, she told me he is a nice person and has treated her respectfully up to now, she has been dating him for about a month and thinks it could become serious if they continue to see each other, how ever, he has just told her a dew days ago that he had been in prison for fraud and assault. He said he's telling her now because he really likes her and wants to be honest with her before things get serious between them.
She has asked for my advice on what she should do, but I really don't know what to tell her! My gut instinct is to tell her to run a mile, am I right or wrong?

My girlfriend recently broke up with me, who i thought was "the one." She told me she wanted to remain friends with me and that she considers me "a good friend." she also told me that i am "super cool, super sweet, and everything she wants in a boyfriend." She just didnt get "the sparks." She has been through a lot, two brain surgeries and her last boyfriend was a jerk. I was there for her when she needed me and she knows that. We hung out yesterday (the first time since breaking up), and everything was fine when I was there. BUt now i feel like crap. I still have feelings for her and I keep feeling like she still has feelings for me but is afraid for numerous reasons. I want to be her friend but its hard. Should i remain her friend and just let her contact me? Should i never talk to her again? What do I do? please help. thanks

Ok me and my boyfriend have been going out for almost a month now. We have spent a lot of time toghether and we even have some feelings for eachother. Lately things have suddenly changed for me. It all started when he didnt return my phone calls for like 4days (but we got over that), and he said he heard a few rumors about me, but suppossedly he doesn't believe them. He feels everything is fine between us but when i told him its not and i dont have feelings for him anymore he says he wants to work it out with me. He hasn't talked to me yet (since 3 days ago). I'm 27. I was living with my boyfriend but I decided to move out and went to stay with my parents. Now my dad thinks I should stay with them and let him build me an apartment in the basement for me so I can save money. I'll be working 45 minutes away though. Plus I'm not sure how it's gonna work out with my boyfriend given oru current situation and when I want to start dating again, how would guys feel about being in my apartment that just happens to be located in my parents' house? Plus, if they do the basement for me, it's not like I can just move out since they'll be relying on my money to pay for the loan they'll have to take out to pay for it. So should I stay with my parents and save 9 thousand dollars this year or should I move into my own place, which is closer to work and more convenient for any dating life I might have, either with my current bf or someone else?

If he finds out his immunity may go down and he may also lose will to live. This person also needs to know since he has no will nor finalised other matters of estate. What to do?
