How many of you think you get enough help around the house from your partner/husband? And do you consider housekeeping/child rearing an easy job with lots of positive recognition from your other half? Lastly, do you have a start and finish time for your job as "Chief cook and bottle washer and child rearer and housekeeper" each day?

Im currently taking 10 units in college. Im taking Biology with the lab, Human sexuality, and Political Science.

Im happy with those classes, but then I made the mistake of signing up for Chemistry with the lab on saturdays from 9a-4pm!

I really dont want to go to that class and Im 100% sure it will be very stressful. I just want to drop it while I have time, what do you guys think?

Im also not working this semester because my husband told me to just concentrate in school, but thats also hard because he's currently deployed and Im always worrying about him & thinking about him which makes it harder to concentrate in school.

My schedule so far without the chemistry classes is

Monday- Bio Lab 2:15pm-5:25pm
Bio class 5:30pm-6:55pm
Tuesday/Thursday-Human Sexuality 11am-12:25pm

Wed-Bio Class 5:30p-6:55pm

Im taking the political science class online

first of all ... i day dream alot especially about that special pure girl that i want to marry some day ... (u know cultural, virgin indian girl) .... and if i'm in a really good mood ... and i'm listening to some hindi song ... i just become part of it and imagine me and and that girl dancing and getting romantic ...i mean don't get me wrong ... i don't think anything dirty in my mind ... you know just how they do it in indian movies ... come on .. typical shah rukh movie song .... kuch kuch hota hai ... when this happens ... some amazing feeling passes through every vein in my body .. i can't even explain that feeling ... i hope i find that special girl some day ... haayeh

I have a friend in Cedar Rapids Iowa who is married to a mexican man. They have been having alot of problems and she thinks he might be cheating on her. She does not want no problems with anyone because they are expecting their 3rd child, but she only wants to know if he is faithful or not. I've been a long-term GLBT activist, almost nine years now, but my boyfriend doesn't share my love of social justice and equality. He frequently puts me down regarding my work and the cause, and he tries to goad me into arguments.

I really like him and enjoy spending time with him when I can keep the conversation away from volatile subjects. He just doesn't understand where I'm coming from and how much the GLBT community has given me since I was in my teens.

Should we stop seeing each other?

When I was with my ex he was a c**t to put it politely&was cheating on me with his ex through most of our3year relationship(I found out towards the end)he threaten me all the time pushed me around(literally)because of this I became very close to his best friend who I though was very caring,kind&everything my ex wasn't.we ended becoming good friends&having an affair.I broke up with my ex&him.His friend ended up going to prison for rape he denied it&i believed him.But a part of me always had a small doubt over his innocence as I knew first hand how forceful he could be when it came to sex.For a while kept in contact with him,wrote all the time for just over a year until we started to fall out as I felt he was taking advantage of my vulnerability&kindness.I havent spoken to him now in over2year.My now fiancée knows what went on in my past.I received a letter from this guy the other day saying his being released.My fiancée wants me to write to him to say stay away&say I think his sick&I despise him.although I dont want to see him again Im not a mean person&hate hurting people feelings.my fiancée wants to read me letter when I send it!

Ok so my grandma just died. And im of course mourning over this. So today i go to the funeral and my friend knows this. But tonight she starts freaking out and asking for my help. Now, im really upset and not in a state to help her with her problems when im still solving mine. She knows this (or she says she does) and yet she is still asking for advice and yelling at me for saying things i already know. I cant take this. What should i do

I recently contacted an old teacher of mine after twenty-seven years.

I babysat for her two kids back in 1980 and I contacted her because I wanted to ask her if I could use her as a reference or at least have a letter of recommedation because I want to get into babysitting part time.

On January 23rd I wrote and sent her a letter. I told her who I was (I have since married and moved), that I was interested in working in babysitting, and politely asked her if I could use her as a reference or have a letter of recommendation. I included my address and phone number.

I never received a response of any kind.

In your opinion, why would she not respond at all; not even to decline?? If something like this happened to you, can you tell me what you think happened here?

we have a relationship for about a year and 3 months now. i love him with all my heart. he used to live by himself but becuase of his situation he had to move back home, so now since he has a curfew and all that he has to live with his parents rule, well we dont see each other as much. i miss him soo much. its kind of stupid since i see him like every 2 or 3 days, but i used to see him everyday for almost most of the day. now it feels different. its just thing feeling that we are not ment to be. but waht really hurts me is that i love him so much, we struggled to be together alot, we stuggled to stay together and i just love him soo much. now it feels like if hes a different person, but hes not, he still acts the same and everything. thsi feeling i got was after a fight we had wich he didnt come to see me for about 3 days, i kind of felt it after that. i trust him so im not even asking u guys to tell me if hes cheating or not. just help me out and give me some advice please.

okay so i talked to her a few times about just school stuff...now i get a little deeper and said in class soo..so when r u gonna take ur exam? she was like on monday ...so then i saw her binder she put a ut paper on the front cover...i was lik i was like im gonna appy there..she said smiling lol in2 months ill know...i was like thats cool...im going to apply there....she was like really...yeah she was like i applied there in2 months ill know...i was like thats cool...then kinda an awkward silence i was already standing about to leave class she was just like well bye ...i said see ya .( she was sitting down...i was standing so i guess she thought i was going..this was the end of the class btw)

My boyfriend's mom is highly manipulative and controlling. She just took her name of my bf's checking account and he is 25! She offers to help us all the time with things and it always come at the price of her trying to control some aspect of our lives. My boyfriend and I have been living together for 2 years and his mom treats us like kids. She has major issues letting go of control over her son and it's not helping him in any way. I've had to teach him how to be a self-sufficient because he didn't know how to do **** on his own before he met me. I recently told his mom how I feel about her neediness to have her son dependent on her. She's also done some shady stuff to me like told me she was giving me a tiffany's necklace for x-mas and gave me a dollar store plastic ring wrapped in a tiffany's box instead. She told my bf to wrap & give it to me cause it was funny. She also took his money and bought me an ugly ring for x-mas when my bf was planning on having a special ring made for me
