Go to the police, explain the situation and explain why your sister won't agree to share her side of the story. She could be feeling guilty or brainwashed or embarassed or ashamed - a number of things. The police can help her get counseling and help, leading to the justified arrest of the man who raped her.

Well first was it actual rape or was it consensual and you don't like the fact that the guy is older than her? If it was actual rape, secretly videotape and record it. If it is sex with the older person i think you should leave it alone as your sis obviously consented to it. Let her make her own mistakes and punish your sis not this man. I've seen this happen before when i was young my friend was attracted to an older man and had sex with him but she was the one doing all the chasing, so she asked for it. I'm not excusing this mans actions as he should know better but you need to look at your sis if she wants to have sex with older men you are going to have to sort her out and not take it out on the men. But make sure they know her age and tell them it isn't acceptable.

In Florida, if the guy is age 24 or older, he could get into serious trouble with a phone call to the police and the 1-800-4ACHILD child abuse hotline.

Get a small tape recorder on you and just have casual talk but don't be direct.

Ask indiscriminant questions or just talk about sex and maybe she will bring it up.

Also do the same with the older man, maybe some one else can do it for you.

It worked for me when I was falsly accused, you can't use it in court but the DA
can still use it as evidence that he has in his possession.

Go to the cops and tell them everything that you know for a fact and ask them to investigate it to see if your sister will tell them the truth because if she doesn't that rapist will do it to other under age girls and that is something that she will have to live with if she doesn't tell the cops what happened.
For one thing, she did nothing wrong, it's the rapist who did wrong and she has no reason to blame herself for anything unless she refuses to go to the cops with the whole story of what happened to her.
Your sister is totally innocent and she has to realize this now and hopefully she will do the right thing right away.
Best of luck and go to the cops right away to see what can be done to that rapist now.

such act even with the consent of the minor is considered rape as per law. You may proceed with the charge

If she refuses to confess that this has happen to anyone else but you, then nothing will be done cause it is your word against hers. If confession is made to someone other than you then pehaps something can be done because she is a minor.

First off if you truly love your sister which i believe you do...... CALL THE POLICE . Make sure you have proof . your sister is scared but once she talks to a female police officer trained in these situations she will reveal all this. HELP YOUR SISTER. Good Luck. Keep us posted please.

Unless you have evidence that they have had sex, you probably couldn't get him convicted. Tell your parents. Make it their problem.
