last night around 12 my boyfriend called to invite me to go snowboarding with him in the morning. Him and his friends and there girlfriends were all going, so he wanted to know if i could to. I said ya, maybe. And he tells me ok were going at 7, so i'll call u alittle before. Its know 3 pm and he never called me... I know some of his firends girlfriends couldn't go, but he should have at least called me... right? I'm not positive if hes snowboarding rite now but im pretty sure he is. What makes me annoyed though is that earlier that day i told him, we should definitly go snowboarding somtime soon. He tells me, ya but its really packed at the mountains nereby, and i don't really feel like it. But then when his friends ask him to go to that same, "packed" mountain hes like ya lets go!!! It makes me feel like he would rather be with his friends then me. And we only have the weekends to hang out, so its not like he never gets to chill with them... do u think i should b annoyed?

My husband and I are trying to decide on moving to Colorado. We currently live in Arizona, where my family is. I love living near my family, but really don't want to raise my future children here. My husband's family is in Colorado so we would have a support system there also. I would like to know how people that were close to their families felt about moving away from them. I know I would get to visit them and they would visit me, but I am sure that is not the same.

I recently went to a wedding reception and wore a nice dress just above the knee. My mother walked in on me as I was undressing and almost flipped because she noticed I had worn just pantyhose (no panties or slip) under my dress!!! She told me the dress is too short to be worn with just pantyhose. It hurt my feelings. I think pantyhose are made to be worn without (they have a cotton panel)
but otherwise all sheer. No one would have known if she hadn't walked in on me. I just turned 20.

The new law would put parents in jail for up to a year if they discipline their children who are under four years old by striking them.

The person who introduced the bill, San Francisco Bay-area Democrat Assemblywoman Sally Lieber , has no children herself.

Is it the role of government to tell parents how to discipline their own children? Obvious physical abuse is not the issue, there are laws against that already in place.
Would a mere slap on the hand or backside warrant being charged with a misdemeanor and some jail time?

I have been in a relationship for about a year now. Recently she came to me saying she had trust issues. Then she started hiding her phone, not letting me see emails, being suspicious. Now she has been away not really talking to me except to say she is moving out. I really love her but she tells me I dont know the meaning of love since I have been married before. What should I do? Should I keep in touch with her or let her go and find someone else?

She left before xmas, i was supposed to fly up to meet her. She called to say hi before going to sleep. After 24 hours with her family, she called called to say not to meet her because she needed to think about us. I haven't heard from her since, ven on my birthday, left her clothes and everything behind. She won't call me or write and actually called the police because of "obsessive emails" All I wanted to know is, why did she go? Why do people up and leave? What do I do, nothing was wrong...so I thought. I finally stopped emailing her yesterday, maybe she'll come to her senses. Womens perspective, what's the deal?

Does he like me as friend or more? Hes shy in general, but around me hes shyer. He wont initiate a conversation but will make eye contact like he wants me to. Once I say hi, we'll talk a lot. He always stands really close to me, but will sometimes cross his arms. (he doesnt do this with anyone else) He will also walk by me and look at me (ive caught him) and say nothing. Friends or more?

My husband was married before and had 3 kids with her.Now we have a son of out own,BUT the thing is;he favors the oldest 3,and pushes the youngest son and I to the side! Is this fair to our youngest son? And when it comes to the oldest 3 they get their way NO matter what.........he sticks up for them;rather it's wrong or right! Am I wrong for wanting to know this?,I've asked hubby....but all he will tell me is;"is none of my business!"How can he say that when they are my step kids and I've been around for them more than their own mother has for the past 9 years! Unlike their own mother I have NEVER through them out of my house!!!!!!!!!!!

It's 6pm here in the UK and one of my best friends has just called to ask if I'll spend the evening with her. We wouldn't go out, just have a few drinks at her house. She suffered a bereavement earlier this week and I know she's feeling very low. Trouble is, I haven't seen my husband all week and he's on his way home from work expecting to spend the evening with me. What should I do?

I have just finished with my girlfriend of five years, very very torn up and lost.

We have argued a lot and neither of us feel like ourselves anymore.

She still loves me and I her but she has said we need to take six months apart make new friends and do new things , she wants me to stay in touch and get councelling for problems I have had, mostly bitterness and anger about loss.
She said she will date other guys but no relationships and she thinks I should see other women and even sleep with them if I wish.

She thinks there is a slight chance but by no means certain we may get back together one day ie after the six months.

She wants me to stay in touch but not too often, how do I go about this.

I love her dearly and miss her, how do I ensure that in six months we have the best chance of getting back together, how often and how should I stay in contact, six months seems like such a long time will she have moved on beyond all reach from me by than.

Please please help m

I get a new hairstyle or color, my mother attempts to copy it. I get new glasses, my mother goes and gets similar ones. I get a new job, mother wants the same job. I go back to school, mother wants to take classes now. I get a pair of shoes, mother goes and buys similar ones. Why is she doing this? What is going through her skewed mind?
