Theres this girl at work who ive just started working with, she is so sweet and i cant help but smile everytime i talk to her, i avoid looking into her eyes when we are talking coz i'll stop breathing if i do... Ive never felt like this before. Do you think i should make a move? Should i ask her for her number or what?

If you're going to make a move make it very subtle...you don't want an on-the-job sexual harrassment mark against you. Ask her what she does for fun after work and then go from there... or even take her out to lunch, that way you can get some kind of indication if she's feeling the same way towards you.

-Making a move?: That will make you look pushy or like a pig. Even though you aren't, that will be her first impression.
-Asking for her number?: Too soon. Asking for her number will shock her.
My advice: Wait until you get to know her more. Before you date her, at least become a friend to her. When you do that, THEN ask for her number. Ask her if she wants to have dinner or something sometime. Good luck!

get to know her? ask her a question like how she is doing? ask her about her favorite movie or something. I mean there are different topics to choose from. get to know her first and then ask for her phone number.

Start with asking her if she'd like to get a coffee,drink or bite to eat after work...then go from there...make sure she isn't married!!!!!!!!
