Its my girlfriends birthday but i have to go somewhere before i can give them to her, but i need to keep the roses somewhere

If you are in a cold climate, they will be just fine, but if not, find a refrigerator somewhere to keep them until you can give them to her. And here's a hint - tell her to pull off and throw away the first two or three petals on each rose so it will open beautifully. Roses are hybridized to open more slowly, and often if you don't pull those petals off, they won't open at all. She'll appreciate the extra beauty of the roses and the time she'll get to enjoy them. If you haven't already bought them, a wonderful smelling pink one is Sweet Surrender. A beautiful yellow one but not highly scented is Midas Touch. American Beauty is a good red one and Peace is lovely AND smells good if you want white ones.

Get some cotton wool soak it in water wrap it round the cut ends of the roses & put the ends in a small plastic bag this will keep the cut ends moist they will soak up the water from the cotton wool just as if they were in a vase,put them in the boot of the car in the dark,they will be just fine.

Being a girl and having a boyfrend, I really liked ur idea! Even if they wilt, the thought of care and love is enough to make that lucky girl happy! The fact lies in the feeling and ur thought is great, I am sure it ud add a blush to her cheek! Gud luck!

put the rose in a normal sandwiches bag and fill the bag half way, tap the top of the bag , then put them some where they have stand up. this will least for 4 hours hopful. good luck!

If the temp is warmer than a refrigerator then they will wilt. If the temp is colder than a freezer then they will freeze. How bout just find a friend or teenager you know, pay him $10, and have him take them to her at work.

yes they will----depends also on the temp in car----if its cool out leave a window open and make sure to keep roses in water---or--why dont you buy the roses after ur errand?

They might be ok if it is cold outside.But if it is hot There going to wilt and Die.

it depends on what the weather is like that day. if it is warm outside, then yes they probably will wither. if it is cold, then probably not.
