Does he like me as friend or more? Hes shy in general, but around me hes shyer. He wont initiate a conversation but will make eye contact like he wants me to. Once I say hi, we'll talk a lot. He always stands really close to me, but will sometimes cross his arms. (he doesnt do this with anyone else) He will also walk by me and look at me (ive caught him) and say nothing. Friends or more?

He's definatly shy but he does like you. He probably wants to see if you'll notice him first because he isn't sure if you want to be talking to him if he starts the conversation. When you start the convesation he knows you want to talk to him. Chances are if you say nothing to him when he walks by he either thinks you'don't see him or don't want to talk to him. He might even feel hurt by this and become more shy.
Basically, he needs to know that you like him and want him around. That's why he opens up when you talk to him first and that's a sign that he will become more comfortable around you if you pursue a relationship.

He has a crush on you but is insecure. He wants more and doesn't know if you do too... This is the perfect opportunity for you to make a first move. See how he reacts after you give him a sure sign that you ARE into him and take it from there. He sounds a bit shy and crosses his arms in protection of his secret attraction...he is afraid of your possible rejection! Be casual and invite him to join you on a casual date like a movie where you will be able to easily put your hand on his.... and see if the night ends with a hot kiss!

Friends; though he wants more he needs to gather up the confidence to tell you that. If you want him as more the best you can hope for is that your being easy to talk to and hang out with may encourage him, but I wouldn't put myself in the position of going after him either. The eye contact is probably about all he can manage at this point ...

Sounds like he's pretty shy and needs some encouragement from you. If you like him suggest you go to a movie together. You are going to have to make the first move it sounds like. I think once he knows he has your interest, he will open up.

definatly more. he wouldnt give you this much attention for nothing. think about it. would you do that to some one you didnt like? no. you prolly wouldnt even ecknowledge them. hes paying games with you. he wants you to wonder. ask him out sometime, he'll be more then happy to go!
