can they take the baby away under california law.

ok, so it's been a couple of months that in the middle of the night, my fiance can assure me that i'm touching myself, as weird as it may sound, i don't realize what i'm doing and sometimes wonder if he's telling me the truth, but he swears up and down that it happens, and i don't see any reason for him to lie about that. It really upsets him that i do that and we get into arguments becuase of it.....does anyone have any idea of what's going on? he says it happens in the middle of the night and has woke me up at times when he assures me i just finished doing it...one example was last night, he said i was touching my self and the only dream i was having was not anywhere near sexual......please help how can i stop it?

There's this guy in my class that has said inappropriate things to me in the past. He kept bugging me today and making fun of me. He was talking about me to one of his friends and they started laughing. He said something really gross (had to do with certain areas on a guy's body that I will not mention). While all this was going on, I just kept talking to one of my friends and I tried my hardest to ignore him. It's getting to the point where I consider the comments he makes verbal abuse and some are even saying it is sexual abuse. Should I report it? How should I report it? (If this helps, the principal is also one of my teachers.) Should I feel bad for telling on him? thanks!

My wife is a pack rat, she refuses to throw anything away. It has recently gotten out of control.... there are areas of our house where the papers clothes and trash is ankle deep. My wife has a shopping fetish and has well over 10k of underwear and lingere alone. She recently dropped a few dress sizes and has hundreds of pairs of underwear that no longer fit. There is an entire room in my house that is ankle deep in her oversized undergarments. I asked her if I can throw them away but she refuses because she says she'll have nothing to wear if she gains weight. I have boxed them up only to find the floor covered in them gain because she is trying to "organize them". Honestly it frustrating to live like this and a little disgusting. Would I be wrong to just toss it while she's at work.

A close friend of mine says her husband is into porn. So my husband told him about it and also that his wife was really concerned. He said "All I ever watch is the free stuff and even that? Sometimes, say once in two months or less."

I am not sure if watching porn is good at all -- for a man or a woman -- atleast I think it is very demeaning to one's spouse.

I use to (keyword use to) push and smack my boyfriend whenever he said something verbally abusive. He doesn't believe what he does is verbally abusive. Saying things like (Your no halle berry, your dumb)... Afterwhile I stopped because I know its wrong and learned how to control my anger and just ignore him when he runs his mouth. Now that we argue he thinks hes entitled to push,smack, and punch me. His excuse is I did it to him, or I deserve it. Im 120 pounds hes 200. He doesn't realize his strength and I don't have any, cuz my hits are like pinches. He rammed me into a wall once for pinching him. Saying well I hit him first. Whos right?

Hey. My boyfriend and I are having some serius problems. I get tired of peopel keep telling me that he's cheating or searching outside of our relationship. However whenever i bring this to his attention he claims that I'm the only one he's with. We've been together on and off for a year now. And i truly do love him. I know i have made mistakes in our relationship and now more than anything I'm trying to make things right. But its just so hard when we barely talk and I keep hearing all these things from people.
