Answers about my EX gf?

If i dont call my ex of 3 years been broken up 2 months she calls me to go to dinner and says she knows wed still be togather if i would have paid better attention to her. She wants to start over as friends and earn respect back I miss her and want her back what are her intentions most likely she also says "if we get back togather" certain things are going to be different.
