I am 25yrs old i have an very expensive repayment mortgage.
My husband has quiet allot of friends that rent privately or from the council he thinks that renting and receiving housing benefit is
better i don't think it is better when you own your home you can always sell it a move on but with a rented council property it doesnt belong to you.

my mom let her best friend move in with her and they said that if she cleaned, cooked and bought supplies that would be fine, so shes not paying rent. it was ok for the first year or so but then my mom finally found a man that she can talk to(my dad died 2 and half yrs ago) and shes happy. the problem is her best friend, after like a couple weeks of my mom going out with this man my moms friend exploded at her and said your a rude ***** and your always nasty to me my mom has always been nice to everyone. my mom let her move in when she didnt have any where else to go, and the lady said it would be for a few months(lie). then this lady sent my moms man a card saying how rude and nasty my mom is. well my mom hasnt said nothing to her firend cuz shes hoping it will go away but it wont. this lady hasnt done a dam thing in the past 4 or 5 months just hides in her room. she doesnt say hi or anything she just says hi to the dog. she is making my mom feel uncomfatable in her own home what todo

So i began sketching out some plans with my mom tomorrow... but a friend of mine (who i tried making plans with originally) suddenly became free, and i'd rather hang out with her... but i did firm up my plans with my mom... however, the catch is i also made plans with my friend in between the process with making plans with my mom.

this is a tough situatoin. what is the most appropriate course of action? cancel my friend or cancel my mom?

My gf and I have a history together, one I will never forget...Im 17 and she's 16...We have been intement (?) based on the fact we love eachother and felt it was the right time for both...And She recenlty told me she isn't "in" love with me but loved me...My stomach sank and I'm still confused...She still wants to go out and she has said she'd not know what to do if I was gone so she clearly wants me to be there...I just feel stupid and betrayed in a way...I am giving this girl my heart and all and She loves me like one of her friends...Does anyone have any sensible advice?

like this boy NIck and we tend to flirt alot.... and last week he called me and we both talked,, i asked him him if he likes me and he said well i never really thought about it but Yes i do like u... and then i said i was cold and he said aww my poor baby do u want a bear hug.... then i called him on sat.. and told him i was at a baseball game and he said ,, your just saying that just b/c u want me to go.. and i was like if u want to u can.. so he walked after his football game to go see me at the baseball game.. we talked and stuff....
