there is this girl that goes to my school and she just has so much power
she can tell a joke and it wont even be funny but everyone laughs anyways
everyone loves her and is constantly trying to make her happy
she isnt that pretty
but there is something about her that makes you think she is gorgeous
how does she have alll this power and control over everyone??
what is she doing to control people??

I have this problem of farting while I'm asleep. I've had several girlfriends tell me about my farting escapades while sleeping. I've even lost a few because of that. The worst time was one time I was taking a real estate course that had about 25 people in it including my buddy who sat beside me. I dosed off in class only to be awakened by him. I asked him was I snoring? He said no but you cut 2 loud farts. I looked around the class and everyone was looking at me with disgusting looks on their faces. Then later on in the classs, my buddy cut a silent but deadly fart while sitting next to me, when the smell hit me I said aww shucks and as the smell hit the others, they all started saying how disgusting I was. Then the instructor asked me to the hall and told me that she would not tolerate such behavior and that if it happens again that she would have to put me out of the class. I could not convince her that my buddy did it. What should I do to my buddy about this?

We've been best friends since 2nd grade and then he started hanging around with this other chick a lot. She hung all over him but he didn't like her that way. Finally she moved, but then I figured out we had nothing left to talk about and our friendship wasn't the same anymore. He doesn't talk to me half as much as he used to, and it makes me sad. I don't know what to do anymore. Help?

ok, i have 2 bffs. i'll call them v and o. v and i have been friends for 2 years. o and i have been friends sience the beggining of school. i like them both a lot. v sometimes says things without thinking and o is a lot like me. v just got a boyfriend, o and i think that she is leaving us for him. o keeps calling v a b**** behinde her back. and o just sent me an email saying that she hates v. they are both really good friends and i know that i can't be friends with both of them because they fight so much. so, whose side do you think that i should choose v or o??????

I'm 15 and so is my friend, his mom was cleaning his room (lucky) and she opend his drawer and found a 3 pack of condoms in there, him and his gf are talkin about havin sex but havent. Hs mom said that she was not old enough to be a grandma and that she raised him better then that and she was so mad at him. Then she ground him for a minimum of 2 week starting today. he is not a bad kid he doesnt smoke, drink, swear, or anything and how would he have kids if he was using condoms, huh?. I mean if my dad caught me with condoms he wouldnt ground me he would probably tell me i shouldnt be having sex and then go buy me more. Not take them away and ground me for tying to be safe how about if he had sex 2nite and had no condoms so he went in raw then his girl got pregnent. This is a perfect example for all you overprotective parents that being to protective can hurt. Luckily for my homeboy i got some and ill give him a few but this is wrong what do you think?

My friend is a major gambler. She loves the casino and the poker tournaments, but she has one major problem: She can't quit gambling.
She lost her car due to gambling, her house, and she's about to lose her job. I've tried to help her, but I feel that I can't. Gambling isn't fun anymore and it's becoming a major addiction of hers. Does anyone have any suggestions on where she can go to get help?

distant and rude with you. To the point that its beyond rude sometimes. Youve mentioned it but she says she doesnt see it or shes caught herself and admits it but it doesnt change. Worse is she is a bm at my wedding andt has a critisism about everything from the dresses i pick for her etc. Whereas with her wedding becomes extremely rude should you make a comment about her wedding decisions. Its getting harder and harder to bite my tongue. Help!?

ok, so i dont want to get her jewlry, makeup, giftcards or anything like that. i want to get her something really unique like a manican head or something along those lines(but she already has 2 of those!). you see, she likes the girly stuff such as the lotion, blah blah blah but she already has that stuff!!! so when i say "manikan head" you kind of get an idea of her sence of humor...i hope. i know that she likes big boxes too....even if it's not a huge present. i like the big boxes too....it's fun to unwrap!!! she kind of likes those little kid things too, like the conair braiding thing. i dont want to get her a gift card...i want to get her an actual present in a big box... oh btw, she is 14.

My friend made a mix and it was mostly rock/techno music. Most of our friends don't like rap so we didn't include any in the mix. Our friend (who is black) pulled the ipod out of the computer, threw it against the wall and said we were racists because there was no rap in the mix.

He left the party and came back about an hour later with 3 huge black guys with a boombox with very loud rap music playing. They started staring down everyone. A few girls started crying and most people left. They basically ruined the party.

I thought this guy was our friend but how could someone act like this? I'm scared to even call him to hang out now. What should I do?

and need things from food to prescription co-pays. Please don't be flip and say there are agencies and charities for that. For one, they need to get to the agencies, and two, agencies do not supply everything. Don't go to deep into that though, I just really want to know how would you FEEL about a friend like that?

I sometimes find myself in situations that I wish I could say "No" in, but I don't know how to do it kindly. For example, some of my classmates ask if they can borrow one of my assignments. Obviously, I don't want anyone to cheat off of me. Another example is when people ask if I could do a favor for them, and I want to be kind and help out, but don't have the time. How can I say "No" kindly? Please give me any good suggestions you may have. Thanks!

I have friend who is really depressed, I have always been there for her in good times and bad and really care and love her. When i say love, not like a gf like family. I want to carry on with my life also while always being there for her, but she said she wont talk to me ever if i get married and there is soneone else in my life.

What should I do? I can't put my life on hold for her and at the same time i feel guilty of abandoning her when she is relly in need. Am i being selfish?
