Of course you can live with a broken heart and depression. It's just generally easier to get through it if you have a support group of friends and family. You can get through it by yourself if you just take one day at a time. Stay active. Volunteer to help people who are in worse shape than you are.

After my husband died and left me with 2 children to raise all by myself I was very depressed and broken hearted. My parish priest suggested that I "get out of myself" because he felt the I was dwelling on my misery. So, I started volunteering at the local homeless shelter. I made meals for them and talked to them. It made me realize that no matter how bad your life is going, there are people who are far worse off.

Sure you can. You'll have a broken heart and be depressed more times in this life than you can count and you'll make it through to the other side every time. When you're in this state, having someone to talk to isn't going to help because they don't have the answers and even if they did you wouldn't really want to hear them. Have a good cry and then pick yourself up and dust yourself off. It's not nearly as bad as you think it is right now.

I will answer your question as I feel its needed. As for a broken heart come on get over it. You cant have a broken heart if your bouncing back and forth from boy to boy. A real broken heart is for those who have really loved someone with all their heart and soul.I think what your feeling is probably or maybe rejection from someone.
As for depression, that is a very serious illness and its not something to joke or kid about. I myself suffer from a very bad case of depression. my depression comes from the death of my son. I can only tell you that if you are suffering from depression get professional help.
Hope this has made you feel better!!!!!!!!!!

sure you can live with depression and a broken heart as matter a fact it should make you stronger and even more motivated to achieve goals in life and make that person wish they wouldnt have hurt you.but if someone broke your heart find friends are family to spend time with dont allow your self to sit around and think about the person that hurt you cry get it all out and it will hurt for a while but you have to move on dont rush into another relationship to soon take your time heal and be happy life is to precious to let someone walk over you know that you deserve better then that person anyway .keep your head up and most of all pray pray pray its the best good luck

confident you could. you will choose a broken heart and be depressed greater circumstances in this existence than you could count type and you will make it through to the different side each time. once you're in this state, having somebody to chat to won't help because of the fact they have not got the solutions and whether they did you does no longer possibly want to hearken to them. Have a sturdy cry and then %. your self up and airborne dirt and dirt your self off. it extremely is not almost as undesirable as you think of that's appropriate now.

Sometimes you have to work things out by yourself. I don't know what happened to you that gave you a broken heart so its hard to give any advise. If your depressed it's most likely because what ever happen is fresh on your mind. And its hard to give advise if your friends have never been through what ever it is you are going through. Just ask someone to listen to you. Sometimes venting is the best way to get your feeling out.

yes you can live with a broken heart and depression....I know...it hurts....but slowly you relise you come into this world anlone and go out alone and this is the only time for you....get out do what you've always wanted to do, ride you bike daily, go for walks, listen to good music (NOT SAD). Join a theatre group save and plan for a holiday adventure....help the environment.....before you know it you meet a special someone and you are actually living the dream..... Try it I recommend it!!! I'm soooo glad everyday I didn't go out alone tooooo soon!!

if you are depressed and broken hearted is because you want to. put on a positive mentality, and hold on to your friends and loved ones. You have to believe in yourself, in the first place, and know that there are many people that can help. let go of the past, and be hopeful about the future :)

if you want to talk you can email me: m_daniela08@yahoo.com
just hold on, you'll be okay :]

alrighty... well guess what? i've been through that same exact thing. hunny i know what it feels like and i hope i can help you out.
try to write down your emotions. make a special journal and everyday write how you feel.
or you can get a journal for event that happened during the day.
also, eat LOTS of sweets. that helps. but dont overload.
also, i know ONE person that is there for you all the time.
GOD.
he's there for you in bad times or good. he will get you through anything.
god bless.
